I probably would not stay there again
Pros:

Rooms were big, location is great. there is a free breakfast with great options.

Cons:

The bathroom toilet bowl could be updated The seat was chipped and look like there was some kind of chemical on it, which made it look brown and dirty .
we were told there was no maintenance on property and when the toilet bowl was clogged, it took approximately seven hours and multiple complaints for someone to come and fix it . we did get in contact with Hilton via chat message and ask for a partial refund due to not having a bathroom for part of our stay and never receive feedback even though we have a case number.

The hotel 'oversold' its rooms and did not honor our reservation
Cons:

We booked out suite a month in advance, paid in advance and arrived an hour before check-in time only to be told that the hotel 'oversold' its rooms and the room we booked is not available. We were offered a studio that did not fit our family's needs and had no choice but to cancel the reservation and keep driving. As of now we have not yet been reimbursed for Hilton's failure to honor our prepaid reservations.

Will not be staying at this hotel chain again.
Cons:

After arriving and getting settled in, while I was out picking up dinner, the front desk issued our room keys to another customer and he entered our room and was almost attacked by our dog. The only thing we got out of this ordeal was sorry this happened. I was told since I didn't book directly with the hotel, they could not offer me a discount on my room.

Pros:

Nice staff, clean main areas, nice pool.

Cons:

On 9/11 the last thing I want is low flying planes that look like they are aimed at my room window. Plane after plane until like 10 or 11 pm.
I wish I was warned when booking this hotel that there would be loud, low flying planes. I fudnt sleep a wink.

Pros:

Everything was good.

Cons:

I went back the next day because I left some gifts of value and one of the housekeeping attendees stole them and didn't return to the front desk. I didn't appreciate that at all because they were gifts for my wife.

great staff and excellent location
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and the room was perfect. Very affordable and close to Saratoga/Lake George! Will keep coming back

Somewhat disappointing
Pros:

Friendly staff. Subpar breakfast for a free hotel breakfast. Lobby and elevators not very clean, not sure either was cleaned during my 5 night stay. Room appeared clean but could see all the crud under the dishwasher and sink when sitting at the desk. Been awhile since the fridge was pulled out to clean under/behind. Only had to smash two possible roaches on the floor in the kitchenette.

Checking in and hotel not disclosing no hot water
Pros:

Booked hotel about three months in advance. Arrived and checked in at the hotel with no problem. Two and half hours later found out through other guests that there had been no hot water for two days at this site. Front desk clerk stated I could get a refund due to circumstances. Hiltons booking company advised four days later this reservation was non-refundable and gave a credit to use within 120 days. Would not advise this site as they were still allowing guests to check in knowing there was no hot water.
