Dissapointing.
Pros:

The parking was easy.

Cons:

Barnstaple is very run down, so the location of the hotel becomes irrelevant.
The music playlist in the Bank dining area was awful and unnecessary.
The type of room we requested and thought we had booked, could not be provided, but we were not informed of this before our arrival. The room we were given smelt and was in a service courtyard of the hotel.
Extra fees for pets were not disclosed at any time during the booking procedure.
