Everything
Nothing
Kamer - mèt airco - was fantastisch.
The hotel is close to many attractions. the view is beutiful.
only one Restaurant that close between 3 to 6 pm.
breakfast selection is too little.
Location and food
A little understaffed and room could have been cleaner.
Everything was perfect and it was super enjoyable!
Honestly I wouldn't change anything
Its location right in the water is so beautiful. The rooms are well appointed in the staff very attentive.
We ate at the restaurant of the hotel. The menu was a little limited and not the same as the menu published on the web website. The food we ate was fine, however but not particularly memorable.
View off course , I had an awesome view from my belcony
Very poor housekeeping service, u have to ask them every little thing they need to do, until u asked they won’t even change the towel even they r in floor, never clean the floor even asked. They change pillow cover and than put them on floor to change the bed sheet, during the time they might step on the pillow and put them back on bed.
Clean and well designed rooms with nice views!
Access to the other side of island without having car is not very convenient!
We loved everything about the property.
What a wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Lily and Isabelle on reception showed us the facilities and then up to our double deluxe ocean facing room. Tastefully decorated with flawless linen; quiet and immaculately clean (including the terrace, which was jet washed to perfection by a cheerful young man). The view is spectacular. The bay is lovely and lively without being overcrowded.
We ate lunch a couple of times; and dined a couple of times. All was excellent - good portions, beautifully presented in the glorious restaurant. It does get busy (as it also has non-residents to dine), but if you eat early, and are decisive diners (we are), this is no issue. All the staff are just wonderful - Laura and Maya particularly stood out. Most of the staff are local, too: I really like to see a business both supported and supportive of local people, as well as visitors. My partner is gluten intolerant and they have a separate fryer and take it all very seriously.
There is an easy parking place which belongs to the hotel just next to it.
This is not an inexpensive stay - and that’s because it costs money to maintain and run a business like this. For us, it was money well spent, and we are already planning our next visit. Well done to all concerned.
There is nothing to dislike.
The Albion is beautiful and the decor is exquisite. You feel like you are on a very luxurious holiday at the Albion. Breakfast was very good especially the hot menu and dinner and drinks met my expectations.
The location is unbeatable. Right on the seafront and the bay is very incredible for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. I’ll definitely be going back.
Housekeeping did not do a good job tidying and refreshing the room.

Super close to the beach. Dog friendly. Comfortable bed!
the breakfast isn't great - the scrambled eggs weren't cooked very well
Location, room and excellent service from all departments
Nothing
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is an absolute gem. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea was incredibly relaxing, and the rooms were comfortable with a lovely bed, a great shower and bath, and lots of thoughtful touches. The restaurant staff were all warm, friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience.
Unfortunately, communication from reception let the stay down. Before booking, I specifically checked that our room would have a double shower and was told it would, and I was also given incorrect information about the ferry discount. When we arrived, the room didn't have the double shower, and the explanations we received were contradictory—first that our room type didn't offer one, then that it did, and finally asking if we were sure our room didn't have one. Mistakes happen, and that's absolutely understandable, but it would have been much less frustrating if someone had simply acknowledged the error rather than giving conflicting information. The gentleman on reception was lovely and genuinely helpful, but I think some additional training for the reception team around communication and consistency would make a big difference.
Location, room, friendly staff
The chef let us down regarding a blue cheese sauce I’d pre-requested to go with husband’s steak and restaurant manager confirmed he could have. Chef on evening of our anniversary meal refused to make it and we got charged for it! We complained when checking out. Restaurant Manager came and apologised and was furious with him. She took off service charge and cost of wine and cheese sauce from bill.
