Luxury accommodation by the beach
Pros:

A superb luxurious hotel in a beautiful coastal location. Right by the beach. We saved money and had a car park view but for another £30 you could have a view overlooking the beach at freshwater bay. The room was spacious and clean . Large walk in shower , plug points everywhere . High quality spa style toiletries. Fabulous breakfast - one of the best ive had with loads of choice and superb staff. One of the receptionists had only been there three days and was super efficient.

Enjoyed my three day stay

Enjoyed my stay very much lovely room fantastic balcony area

The only thing I would say is that I like to have a bath and a shower in a room but realise you only have those in the suites

Pros:

Everything. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Lovely room. Nice and comfortable and warm on a freezing night. Delicious leisurely breakfast. Hope to stay again.

Lovely hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Location is exceptional in Freshwater Bay. The property is recently refurbished and our room was large, with a bay view.

Cons:

Problem with the WiFi service at around midnight. No internet access. Also, please set up a sign pointing towards Reception near the restaurant

Not a full weekender break during the winter, Sundays not allowed

Our Sunday evening overnight was cancelled. Can’t believe that weekend stayers are not permitted to stay until Monday morning. Had to find another hotel for Sunday night. Was frustrating to say the least. We arrived in our room around 7 pm. It was freezing cold outside and the window in the room was wide open and no heating on. Would have thought that somebody could have shut the window earlier on in the day and switched the radiator on. Debacle ensued about how much we had paid. We had been overcharged by £60. Took the staff on reception an age to get the refund sorted. The breakfast staff were great as was the breakfast.

Pros:

This hotel is exquisite in every way; the attitude and ethos of the staff is exemplary and the owners can be seen mucking in despite the fact that you are emerged in luxury and exceptional design.
Our room was gorgeous and the sea views just surreal . . . The waves right in front of you, the sound.
Our room (P2) is beautifully designed and carefully, practically thought through . . .I am a fuss pot but could not fault it.
The food was sublime and spoilt for choice; the price is worth it because this is quality. . . .
Particular thanks to Chris, who drove us both ways from the ferry, Heather, Alice and of course, Mark and Gail (owners). . .. what an extraordinary team who’s ethics should be replicated.
