Nice hotel but more expensive than anticipated
Pros:

The hotel is in a pretty square in San Telmo and close to amenities like the market. The staff are helpful and the room is well appointed and clean. We heard the breakfast wasn't great so went to local cafés.

Cons:

The cost of the laundry service is extortionate and somehow our bill for the room ended up being much more expensive than when booked.
The rooms all seem to overlook a central courtyard which creates the potential for noisy customers to disturb your sleep.

Pros:

Fin beliggenhet i Sann Telmo, elegant interiør, veldig bra rom. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell. Flott design. En liten oase. Jeg vil bo her igjen.

Um belo local com serviço decepcionante.
Pros:

As instalações são muito boas, tudo é muito bonito e confortável. Faltam tomadas no quarto e as poucas disponíveis estão longe da cama e necessitam de adaptador.

Cons:

O atendimento é frio e antipático, ninguém sorri. O café da manhã com pouca variedade deixou a desejar.

Good location, comfortable room let down by significant issue with provision of essential service

Cons:

Only 1 bottle of water per person for entire stay (rather than 1 per person per day)
There was no water for a long time, meaning showering & using the toilet in the morning was impossible
Given this significant inconvenience from a well known hotel brand, some financial acknowledgment would have been appropriate.
