As instalações são muito boas, tudo é muito bonito e confortável. Faltam tomadas no quarto e as poucas disponíveis estão longe da cama e necessitam de adaptador.

I arrived very early at about noon and they were able to provide me a room as a gold member which was very nice. Really lovely hotel, with a gorgeous courtyard restaurant and a rooftop pool. It was loud in the hallways and I could occasionally hear water running from walls from other rooms, this was easily blocked out with a white noise app. I am mindful this is likely an old building in an old neighborhood. Other than this very minor thing I would highly recommend this hotel. Jeronimo in reception helped me and he was amazing. Everyone speaks very good English including restaurant staff. Hotel is in the heart of the San Telmo neighborhood and walking distance to the large market. San Telmo is a very busy lively neighborhood so if you’re looking for quiet it might not be the neighborhood for you. Also the hotel is in a square not accessible to vehicles so you will have to carry your luggage around the corner a very short block. Staff at the hotel did offer me help with my bags. I loved this hotel!

Thomas, our friendly check-in staff, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He provided us with a spacious room featuring a balcony and an extra bed, demonstrating their attention to detail.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque square, where dancers perform tango in the evenings, adding to the lively ambiance. Just a short walk away, you’ll find an array of great shops and bars. the san telmo food market is just a block away. there’s tons of antique and leather shops in the one block radius of the hotel.

The hotel boasts a delightful bar and a beautiful courtyard, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the surroundings. It’s undoubtedly the highlight of the area. The culinary offerings are exceptional, with dishes that are not only delicious but also significantly more affordable compared to the local restaurants.
As a Hilton Diamond member, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a later checkout time of 4 pm, accommodating our flight departure at 9 pm to the USA. we also received a welcome drink and a very tasty empanada as well as breakfast. the breakfast here was quite limited and extra charges for a omelette or bacon are strange. however overall we liked this hotel and the area. thank you again to the manager.
