Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub, wir kommen gerne wider
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel am Berg gelegen mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, das Essen wirklich gut. Viel Spaß gemacht hat die Weinprobe, der Wein ist ausgezeichnet.
Der Spabereich ist sehr sauber und vom Angebot her vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es überhaupt nichts negatives zu berichten, nur hätten wir uns im Zimmer noch eine kleine Sitzecke gewünscht, in der man den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann.

Ruhige und schöne Gegend

Cons:

Man konnte als nicht Raucher die frische Luft und den wunderschönen Ausblick genießen. Sehr von Raucher gestört gefühlt.

Leider konnte man auch die Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis und Billard nicht nutzen sowie Fitnesstraum, aufgrund sehr unangenehmen Geruchs.

Gerne wieder, ABER....

Das Wesentliche war gut. Ein Tee/Kaffee-kocher hätte bei dem guten Standard zur Ausrüstung gepasst.

Cons:

Wir wurden über längere Zeit auf dem Barkon von einer fliegenden Drohne (offenbar eines anderen Gastes) massiv belästigt und während des Sonnenbads gefilmt. Die Drohne war so nahe, dass ich sie fast mit dem Badetuch treffen konnte; leider knapp verfehlt.... Ich habe das der Rezeption gemeldet mit dem Hinweis, dass dies umgehend abzustellen sei und ich den Vorfall bewerten werde, sofern ich nicht im Anschluss die Aufnahme ausgehändigt bekomme. Der Drohnenflug wurde war schnell "abgestellt". Es ist aber weiter nichts geschehen: Keine Erklärung, Entschuldigung noch sonst was. Wenn der Administration Gäste wichtiger sind, die sich daneben benehmen, weiss ich das jetzt. Es ist in etwa das Gleiche wie wenn ich im Hotel bestohlen werde; der Dieb wird zwar gefasst, wird aber geschont und darf aber die Beute behalten!
Von mir gibt es daher in der Folge in einer Rubrik ("Sicherheit" steht nicht zur Auswahl, daher "Konfort") die schlechtest mögliche Bewertung, was natürlich die Gesamtnote auch trifft. Aber das gibt Gelegenheit zu lernen....

Bis auf das Zimmer absolut empfehlenswert! Tolles und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein! Wenn man sich zum Tisch im Zimmer setzte, konnte die zweite Person nicht mehr vorbei bzw auf die Terrasse gehen

Peisaj , personal și locație la superlativ.
Pros:

Locația este una de vis. Amplasarea hotelului și poziționarea camerelor cu fața către Lac este una de excepție. Senzațională priveliste de pe balconul/terasa camerei, cât și de la terasa restaurantului. Mancarea a fost grozavă. Micul dejun foarte bogat si proaspăt mereu, in fiecare zi alte preparate si alte dulciuri. Cafeaua genială. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, la nivelul celor 4 stele. Cina a fost grozavă, iar felurile de mancare au variat în functie de gusturile noastre și am fost foarte încântați. Piscina, centrul Spa, sala de fitness si terenurile de sport exterioare nu le-am folosit, însă erau acolo , la discreția noastră. Mulțumim pentru un sejur excelent.

Cons:

Dotările hotelului, mobilier, configurația camerelor, holurile, baia, televizorul, prizele... toate datează din anul 1980 ca si tehnologie si data de productie. Forțat spus, însa chiar aceasta este parerea reala dupa primul pas in locație. Modernizări si reparatii au fost, însa pe structura veche, de exemplu:
* cabina de duș mică, ușile se deschideau și închideau prost, rama ușilor era desprinsă din suruburi.
* gelul de duș si săpunul oferit de o calitate mediocră
* vasul de WC model vechi, cu un vas de apă din plastic la vedere, nu încastrat în perete.
Bateria de apă a chiuvetei mică, disproporțional față de mărimea chiuvetei.
* aparatul de aer conditionat nefuncțional, chiar dacă am fost in octombrie în hotel, în cameră am avut si 26-27 de grade si am vrut sa răcorim camera, dar nu am reusit decat dormind cu ușa de la balcon deschisă... prea frig apoi.
* pereții cu vopsea scorojită sau cu urme de insecte strivite de pereți
* televizorul cu ecran plat, dar nu avea functie de SmartTV, deci fără Netflix.
* frigiderul din cameră , desi existent si functional, era gol, de neimaginat la 2 stele, incredibil la 4 stele.
* parcarea destul de neîncăpătoare în weekend-uri si fără marcaje exacte pentru a o folosi la capacitatea maximă
* fără servicii proprii de shuttle-bus de la Hotel către cel mai apropiat oraș... doar transport in comun de 4 ori pe zi, la ore fixe si din stații departe de hotel.
