The hotel has a very friendly team in the restaurant. The customer service provided by Nadeesha, Boniface, Sushmita, Ravi, Mylene, Hossam & Reetesh is second to none and they made it a pleasure to stay and eat here. Breakfast and the evening meals are buffet style and the choice and quality of the food is excellent.
The roof top swimming pool gives good views over parts of the City and also provides a nice cooling breeze.
We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have just returned from this hotel (2 adults and 3 small children)
We all had a great stay here. The location was central for exploring Dubai. The room was modern, clean and large - we had a King one bed suite. We had breakfast and dinner included with our stay. Both buffet style with plenty of options, which were varied each time. All food we ate was delicious. The staff are all very friendly and helpful too. We used the pool on the roof for a few hours each day, although not too many sunbeds for the amount of guests. We got there around 10am and always got 2 beds but they filled up fast after this.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and would look to stay here again if we come back to Dubai.
