Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Jumeirah

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Jumeirah. Nadeesha, Husam, and Chryzl were accommodating and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Kudos to the entire team for making our stay pleasant and memorable!

What really stands out at Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Jumeirah is the breakfast experience, and especially the excellent service. The variety and quality of the breakfast are very good, but it is the level of care and attention from the staff that truly makes the difference and leaves a lasting impression.
I would like to specifically mention Sushmita, Hossam, and Mylene, who are doing an exceptional job. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their positive attitude and dedication made every breakfast enjoyable, and it was a pleasure to be taken care of by them throughout the stay.
Another big advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are located within walking distance, which adds a lot of comfort and flexibility to the stay.
All in all, a very enjoyable and well-rounded experience.
Highly recommended, especially for the excellent breakfast service and the outstanding team.

I recently stayed at the hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff — especially Chizl, Hossam, Mylane, and Nadesha — were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated.

There were a few areas that could be improved but overall, the warm service from the staff made my stay enjoyable, and with a few improvements, the experience could be even better. I would consider staying again.

Thank you Hein at reception was very helpful and gave us nice room with nice view to the city with Burj Khalifa view. All staff members at hotel are very nice, polite and kind . The cleaning is also first class! Breakfast have good choice , European food and some oriental . Dinner is also have chicken, meat ,pasta, are tasty and delicious. Have desert and fruits. To Dubai mall is 10 min by taxi , to the beach is also 15 min by taxi .

I wanted to take a moment to commend the Food and Beverage staff who assisted us during breakfast (chrizl and Nadesha) and the chef in the egg station. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that our experience was enjoyable and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly made our morning special.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Al Mina hotel and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From the friendly staff all round, breakfast staff serving with a smile every morning and such clean rooms offering everything you need. Overall stay of a very high quality and would definitely recommend this hotel.
They also accommodated us for late check out as our flight was scheduled for the evening.

The hotel atmosphere very nice, quite and very clean also. I always choose this hotel when i need to come to dubai because it's situated in a good location and it's very calm here.
The personnel are always friendly and rooms are great for the value you pay.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The food was excellent throughout the day – breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, lunch was always delicious and well prepared, and dinner was truly a highlight with beautifully cooked dishes and fantastic desserts.

The service made the experience even better. A special thanks to Nadeesha, Chryzl, and Sushmitha, who were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their warm hospitality created a very pleasant atmosphere and made me feel truly cared for.

Overall, this hotel combines excellent cuisine with outstanding service, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is my honest review. I cannot stress enough: families and travelers with children should avoid this hotel, and never book through Love Holiday.

The Hotel:
• Completely not family-friendly. Morning has only a few drinks and juice. Afternoon has no buffet, only menu items. Evening? No drinks, not even left on the table—staff must pour your water.
• No poolside snack bar, despite what Love Holiday and the hotel papers claim. Staff don’t know anything about it.
• Pool and facilities are disappointing. Outdoor pool is hot and cramped; indoor pool previously advertised has been removed. Shuttle service is inconvenient and poorly timed.
• The hotel feels like a roadside business stop, not a Hilton. We spent most of our time outside enjoying Dubai because there was nothing to enjoy inside.

Love Holiday:
• Corporate, dishonest, and unaccountable. They misrepresented hotel amenities and failed to take responsibility.
• They threatened to leave me stranded, forcing me to accept a partial refund (£163) under pressure. This is unacceptable, stressful, and unprofessional.
• I’ve booked with Love Holiday before, but this experience went too far. They were threatening and rigid, and completely failed to help when things went wrong.

Bottom line:
• Families: do not stay here.
• Love Holiday: avoid at all costs.
• Hilton brand expectations: completely unmet. This is not a Hilton experience.
