My family & I booked 3 separate rooms for 1 night ($250 each) for my mom birthday! We chose that hotel because it was close to the Golden Corral , & a few other places she was interested in visiting while here for the weekend celebrating her 65! The rooms we paid for had breakfast including in the price (each room) , however we were not allowed breakfast. The hotel staff claims that breakfast is an extra charged & was not included. When I pulled up the email receipts to show the lady that we did infact pay for breakfast in the room rate , she stated that only 2 ppl from each room could eat breakfast despite it being 4 ppl in each room .. we also had small children with us who was turned away . This is by FAR the worst hotel anyone could stay. The jacuzzi was not working as well & the pool was filthy. Staff is rude , & just want your money. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!
I pretty much live in Hilton properties weekly and as a lifetime diamond member, I believe i've seen it all as far as properties...From front desk manager Lucy to my server Ivett in their restaurant everything and everyone here this is a top notch property.
Beautiful presentation when you walked into the building. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was told I would have joined rooms which I did not, we were told they had breakfast in which they DO NOT, my bathroom didn’t have hand soap, the wall was peeling. There was garbage under the a/c unit. And blood stain or something on one of the pillows.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast staff was very kind and welcoming. My only problem with this stay was I didnt receive my One Key discount. Was charged full price.

I have stayed here a couple times when I travel to the area for work. Rooms are sufficient and space is fine. What I love about this place is the bartender, Sebastian. He is super friendly, funny and goes over and above to make sure the time spent having a glass of wine is enjoyable. In my most recent trip, a group of unpleasant men was running Sebastian ragged behind the bar and just being rude. Uncalled for. But Sebastian never said a word nor treated them poorly. Sign of a dedicated worker. Give this man a raise!
Our TV was all messed up! Volume stuck on 43 and very few channel choices.
It was not very user friendly. It was the worst TV we have ever had in any hotel.
Paid for a jetted tub room never worked.. they never fixed it .. just ask if they can refund the difference from a reg room. Ali the asst GM was very rude! Actually on the phone with hilton 35 mins as I type this! Staff nice managers not so much! Hilton has failed the last 10-15 years!
Staff was very friendly and made sure we knew they were there if we needed anything. Hitel was clean, room very well taken care, and the hotel was quiet. Great stay this trip, we will stay here again!
The room it self was amazing. I loved the pricing and that it had a jetted soaking tub. It was exactly what I was looking for. The down side was the shower did have a lot of hair in it. The room service supervisor came and took care it. I ask for some tea bags and they never came. All and all it was a great room.
