Nice hotel, clean & affordable

Staff were outstanding in looking after us. Easy taxi (dont use black town cars) ride from Dubai Mall.
Comfortable spacious rooms.

Stayed with family of 4 and everyone liked the hotel, very convenient and accessible from all the tourist locations. Staff was very helpful specially Mamon for room service.

The property wasn’t bad but needs more staff. No house keeping. Front desk staff was helpful and provided early check in.

There are Only 4 chairs they call lobby. Five people in the lobby is a crowd.

Only one person for house keeping and his responsibility was to clean 3-4 floors. He couldn’t manage to clean the rooms.

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff at reception. The lady at reception I think her name was Ramasha was very polite and professional. She was so helpful with my check in and checking out. Thank you Hilton for having wonderful staff.

The hotel is relatively good.

The air conditioning was set at 19 degrees which was not cool enough, being 40 degrees outside the room was too hot

Quiet, clean facility that accessible to all the major attractions in the city. Love the breakfast buffet and how attentive the staff is to catering to any guest needs. Will be coming back

The hotel staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was unprofessional, unfriendly, and outright mean in accomodating some of our needs. Lobby and pool are very small as well as very tiny drive way to the hotel entrance. Will not recommend staying here at all.
