I would recommend to stay somewhere else.
Pros:

This was the only hotel that could accomodate my special needs. of catering a 90yr old in a wheelchair and a 8 month old. We needed two double plus a pullout couch with wheelchair shower. At the end of our stay, when we were leaving a young man from breakfast, did assist us in getting the wheelchair in the car.

Cons:

I used to work at a Holiday Inn Express many years ago and have favored the chain since. This was disappointing. The location was closest to where my family attended an event. There was ample parking it was just mainly located in the back. Although it was lit, there was only one way to get into the hotel. The part that should have been visible for safety was blocked by the dumpster. The other side was dark and the grounds were unkept with weeds, etc... So I was nervous about parking anywhere except the front. The fact that they have a building/restaurant that was not in use and you could see inside with boxes and debris. Walking past that area to get into the building was not ideal. I was also was traveling with a 90yr old in a wheelchair and a 8 month old. The staff seemed nonchalant and willing as long as you came to them. I requested clean linen for the pullout couch and they told me to come get them. When I returned, we discovered, our soap was empty in the shower and at the sink. When I requested the soap, they told me I had to come get it. On the way down, I met someone in the elevator who had cleaning products in their hands and told me they were battling ants in their room. The were told to come down and get it and there wasn't any other rooms available. There were two people working that evening. I made sure we did not leave any food out to tempt an ant infestation. The breakfast was disappointing. They did not have any oatmeal or boiled eggs, since I am gluten free, my option was fruit and yogurt.
