Pros:

The staff was polite. My last morning, there was a gentleman working who had kept it cleaner than any other day.

Cons:

It was filthy... I can't remember the last time I saw a hotel this dirty. The walls don't get wiped down. The
elevator was disgusting the last evening. I noted it had been mopped, but the same greasy handprint was on the wall the entire time. Doors, handles, and glass were not cleaned for days... sitting in the lobby, just look between the chair and the walls; it had not been vacuumed or mopped for a very long time.

Nothing. Very disappointed. Have stayed at this facility multiple times but will not stay here again. The manager was not accommodation when I expressed that the refrigerator was not working. I was told that all the rooms were sold out, but when I requested refund to leave and go find another room magically a room was found. Room had patches in the plaster and poor appearance. The room we were moved to had no tub, only a shower. Overall poor experience. for $200+/night this was absolutely unacceptable. We have family come from out of town and stay here all the time due to its location and have been since it opened, but we will patronize a different business from now on.

Pros:

Breakfast is excellent. Love the lady that “cooks it special”. Hotel is convenient to medical office that we go to every couple of months. Staff is great, very clean hotel.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The breakfast were OK in fact sometimes a little better than an OK.

Cons:

The washing machine in the laundry room will take your quarters and not give you any service. We complain to the management and he refunded our money and ended up going to a laundromat because the maintenance person never showed up.

Pros:

Breakfast could have been little better than what was offered e.g. choices of different type of eggs instead one kind per day the other equipment not functioning had to use a plastic spoon to open and close the cabinet which carried the begals

Don’t waste your money.

Beds were comfy.

Cons:

It was like going to the “hood”. First step in, there was a fowl smell. Diane was RUDE! My reservation was all messed up and she wouldn’t take a moment to listen to myself or the booking agent. I will NEVER go back to that location! EVER!! I will be calling corporate.
