A lovely experience
Pros:

A wonderful accommodation with large spacious comfortable suites. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast healthy

Management needs to be more more proactive in solving problems.
Pros:

The breakfast should be served at 6:30 not at seven. People are headed to the airport. It would’ve been nice to have grabbed a muffin or something.

Cons:

I waited for the shuttle for 90 minutes! Every time I called, they said it would be another 15 minutes. They should’ve told me that there was a problem and I would’ve gotten a taxi or an Uber. Once I was in my room, the kitchen sink leak requiring a plumber. I finally could get settled and relax close to 9 PM almost 3 hours after I arrived at the airport!

10/10 Would Recommend!
Pros:

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Irving during a business trip, and it exceeded expectations. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind after long workdays.

During my stay, the hotel hosted two group gatherings for my colleagues and me. Both events were very well organized, with excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to connect and enjoy each other’s company. A special thank you to Mandy and Jesus — they were truly top tier. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect and that our group felt taken care of throughout both events. The staff overall were attentive and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel for both business travel and group events.

Unexpected blessing
Pros:

We started our trip in another hotel and came to this one instead. The moment I called it was a lovely experience. Walking in there was in instant feeling of comfort and ease. The staff was courteous and pleasant. Several personal touches making you feel very welcome. The brooms were clean and spacious. Love it here.We even met the manager and spoke to him several times. Great experience thank you guys

Love, love, love this hotel staff!
Pros:

Came for a 6 day work trip. The entire staff was amazing! Mandy and team had a wonderful reception for us two evenings and provided so much fun! She gave us a great Texas welcome. Highly recommend this hotel. Our group had the best time together here! Thank you for treating us so special.

Thoughtful and great value
Pros:

10/10, this location is thoughtful, attentive and goes above and beyond to anticipate your needs. We came with a company, but I noted how well equiped the rooms were for a family. Service, breakfast and amenities make this a must stay.
