Mandy made the experience so much fun and it was so great to be greeted with such friendly faces after a long day of learning. Her receptions for our class she put on were amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean and all the workers are so friendly.

We were greeted very warmly by the young woman at the desk. It was a Saturday night and she was handling quite a bit but very professional. We asked to see a room first as the hotel we had originally booked smelled terribly. This hotel clerk was understanding. We liked the room and the spaciousness of it. The breakfast was great. We didn’t get to use the pool but it was open one looked clean. Over all very good experience.
It was clean and nice and the beds were comfy.
That I had to keep calling the hotel and yelling down the back hallway for someone to come up front to check us in.
I have been staying at this hotel for the past year and is always my first choice. I have to travel to Dallas every month and the staff is always very helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me when needed. The location is awesome because it is close to the airport and great food
Let me check in late and it was pretty comfortable like home
There was nothing I didn’t like
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize kind woman named Tricia who took care of my family and I. We were very exhausted and stressed from a flight that got canceled and we had to stay overnight. I can't say enough good things about her about how hopeful, kind, genuine and professional she was. After a less than ideal situation at the airport, being taken care of by her was a breath of fresh air. Not only did she go above and beyond but she did it while working all by herself. I'm not exaggerating when I say if there was a video to watch on customer service, it would be how she shows up and goes the extra mile.
