Pros:

Location great - a short walk into town, no breakfast though..

Cons:

The bar was being refurbished...so we had to go out, not a major issue but would have been nicce to know.

Top notch staff that went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Unbeatable view from the balcony of the Harbour. We were able to see many seals which was fantastic

The location was good, great views

Cons:

They are still doing renovations in the restaurant, which was supposed to be finished, yet its now delayed quite some time. With few places to eat, that's a huge issue.

Cons:

The sink was plugged in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Then the lights went out. It was a blackout for two hours from nine until 11:30 the electricity finally came back on when it was time to go to sleep

The price was a bit 'rich' given amenities and availability.
We were catching an up coast ferry early the next day and needed the accommodation to suit, you have to pay the rate. Having stayed at this Inn once before, expectations were high, delivery a little bit less.

Good Breakfast Restaurant - When It's Open
Pros:

It's been a while since I've stayed here but thought I would give it another try specifically because I was expecting to have an early morning and the restaurant has a good breakfast. The woman at the desk was super friendly and welcoming. The views are nice - second floor would be much better than lower level. The parking lot is ample. It's a short drive off the highway in a quiet location.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovation and closed which was unfortunate as this was the entire reason I chose this property. Also some of the rooms were being reno'd and I ended up being put in a room right beside this noise. I ended up getting called out to work a day early and was not issued a refund for the unused night. I wasn't really expecting one as obviously I was within the cancellation time frame, but it would have taken the edge off the frustration and noise of the renos. I didn't realize they had a gym which I would have appreciated as well - it's only in looking up their cancellation policy that I noted the gym.
