Disappointed in the cleanliness of the suite.
Pros:

The location was good and pretty central. The hotel clerk at the front desk was nice on arrival.

Cons:

Our room was not clean at all. The walls were dirty. The wood lining around the bed frame was very dirty. The cupboards that held a few items were very dirty. There was a sign up that said if we didn't do our dishes there would be $100 added to your bill. We didn't use any dishes as it was dirty. The fire alarm was taken out of the ceiling. The breakfast room was not clean. There were bagels in the refrigerator and apple juice along with peanut butter and jam.

Shower did not function properly, would not shut off water to the tub and you had to hold the shower lever all the time to get any type of water to the shower head

Pros:

We end up not staying. The hotel is in super bad condition. Luckily, the manager was super nice and refunded us the money.
If you are going to Gold River, do not believe the pictures or this hotel. It looks nothing like it.

My room was a mess, food left in the fridge, clothes in the closet, shampoo & body wash left in the bathroom, the 1 bed looked like it was laid on top of. And after requesting a GROUND unit room for my elderly mom who’s healing from a broken hip, they had us in a 2nd floor unit. I just wasn’t happy with this
