Hotel Favori

I stayed over there with my boyfriend for only for one night unfortunately. The hotel was amazing! Very clean, the staff very helpful and kind, and the room was beautiful and spacious! The location of the hotel is very good, it's a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The breakfast was to die for and we will definitely be visiting again for more days next time!

The location was good but rooms haven’t any view and you can’t see the street from the window, room was clean but they didn’t put tissues and just toilet paper was available, breakfast was good and miss Nour was so kind and nice, but the breakfast items were limited.
The hotel needs some maintenance and renovation because lots of the facilities were old . We stayed the for 5 days and we didn’t have internet for 3 days!!!! And they didn’t explain us what’s happening and even they didn’t behave us politely! So in my idea just the location is the positive side of this hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to all shops and restaurants. Very clean, the staff is very friendly especially Bayram Civi who was so kind and helpful with getting us the taxi and luggage. Will definitely stay here when I come back!!

For me was good

The staff at the hotel provided excellent customer service, from the planning stages until checkout. They were very responsive to my questions. The hotel has a gym, a nice sauna, and a relaxation room with hot-stone beds, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was spectacular! The location is also very convenient and located close to nice shops and restaurants. This should be a 4.5 star review because there were two issues: they asked for payment in cash and in Euros (not Turkish lira), which was not very convenient for a foreign traveler. Though this was not their fault, they recommended a tour that was led by a horrible tour guide (fortunately, they helped me resolve the issue and get some compensation from the company). My suggestion is that for any tours you want to take, make sure you do your own research. I will still give them five stars, because their staff was great!

Très bon séjour. L’équipe est agréable et aide à tout moment. Endroit est plus que parfait et l’hôtel est situé au centre de la ville avec de nombreux magasins, café, il y a un très joli musée près de l’hôtel (Ara Güler Muséum).

Mais le petit-déjeuner est pas le meilleur il n’y pas beaucoup de choses à choisir mais la nourriture est bien quand même.

Clean rooms,best open buffet breakfast ,professional and friendly hotel staff .Hotel has very convenient location very easy to take metro and taxi.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Umut the receptionist, Bayram the bellman, and Edvin were all super nice to us. Hotel was modern and clean. We were very happy to stay there

Everything about my experience was excellent.

I have one problem with the breakfast. The toaster is an ancient piece of equipment that should be REPLACES as soon as possible.

We surprised theres no space for 2 !!!!!

Breakfast room also is too small , no fresh breakfast
There is no place to stay or move in the room
Also The lights is not enough
Noooo space , i can’t find tissue

Just great. From the friendly staff to the great rooms and design. If you like a modern look, this is your best choice. Great breakfast buffet too. Not one bad word to say about my Favorite hotel in Istanbul. Location is nearby metro and bus stops, and close proximity to the main street filled with shops and cafes.

The area was great and the staff were wonderful and very helpful ( not sure why the negative reviews on them ? Or maybe I got lucky ?) The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 stars is just the shower does not drain so your standing in a pool of water for your shower. I’ve honestly had this issue before with big hotels too so I’m not as fussy with it anymore, just wish they all fix their properties.

This hotel is very very small which I knew from there pictures and there neighborhood .
So if you don't have a car and don't need a parking it's ideal
The hotel is clean modern and staff cooperate with you if you need anything.
Small breakfast room has good and fresh things to offer
If you like to walk in Istanbul and visit places
This hotel is recommended.
