Easy parking arrived late but had not received the access code so had to use the intercom to gain access cheap clean cheerful ideal for an overnight stay en route

The property was fine for a one night stopover , but rooms were very small and probably in need of a good clean .

in general the hotel was an adequate overnight stay, clean, tidy and in good order. however there was nowhere to get a drink after a long journey, except a drinks dispenser in reception. The Buffalo Grill round the corner, which was good for food, did not open til 7pm. Nowhere to sit except in the bedroom. However the breakfast was excellent, plentiful and well stocked.

Bonjour, nous sommes des personnes d'un certain âge, aurions préfèrés un accueil humain, plutôt qu'un automate !!!! Escalier plutôt pentu pour accéder à l'étage !!!

I stayed at the hotel with my dog on the way home to England. I parked outside my room, and which was great! The room was comfortable and clean. The are was quiet and I was able to take my dog for a walk.

Le numéro de réservation envoyé était erroné, d’où nécessité d’appeler l’interphone. Que de temps perdu !

The location was fine, room was ok. I say staff terrible as there was not N/A because we didn't see or speak to any staff. I would say it was expensive for what you got BUT it was MotoGP weekend at Le Mans.

Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale en périphérie d’Alençon. L’accueil est cordial et pro mais la chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment à la réservation (deux lits jumeaux alors que réservation d’une chambre double)… pour une nuit ça ira on a rien dit. Une impression de pas si propre (toiles d’araignées, cheveux, poussières, moisissures dans la douche) mais lié à la vétusté des lieux et à une chambre minuscule. De quoi vous rajeunir en rappelant les chambres du CROUS. Insonorisation insuffisante et literie bof mais clean. Heureusement le petit déjeuner était très bien et le réceptionniste aimable. Rapport qualité prix pas génial mais visiblement c’était le mieux sur le secteur. Suffisant pour une étape mais pas plus.

L'établissement est de conception ancinne. Ja réception par l'automate à l'entrée reste une catastrophe, j'ai du appelé le numéro d'urgence. Les chambres sont correctes, même si on regrette l'absence de plateau de courtoisie. La restuaration est impossible sauf pour le petit déjeuner. Un hébergement simple mais qui reste efficace.
