A highly disappointing experience; I definitely would not stay here again.
Pros:

Although the location wasn't ideal, it was convenient enough for my personal travel needs. On a positive note, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

1. We stayed for an entire week without any housekeeping. They only cleaned the room once—the night before we checked out—and only after we filed an official complaint.2. I was shocked by how poor the staff's English proficiency was.3. At check-in, we were unexpectedly forced to pay an extra 30 Euros in taxes.4. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unreliable.5. The bathroom requires urgent maintenance; the shower drain was completely clogged, and we actually had to clear it ourselves just to take a shower.6. The housekeepers on our floor were incredibly loud and noisy. When we tried talking to them in English, they barely understood anything and just walked away laughing loudly, which felt highly disrespectful and lacked basic professional etiquette.

Pros:

La sympathie du personnel, le monsieur a l’accueil le soir du 13/07 et la dame du 14/07 matin.

Cons:

La femme de ménage fait du bruit le matin et toqué plusieurs fois à la porte. J’imagine qu’elle est pressée de terminer mais j’ai trouvé cela dérangeant.

Il y avait une fille marocaine qui ma très bien accueilli et a toujours pété là quand j’aurais besoin des choses nécessaires, telles que les informations nécessaires vraiment c’est une fille agréable.
Il y avait aussi un monsieur, je pense, il est Malien, il ma tellement aidé à aller lorsque, j’avais voulu me rendre sur un évènement, y avait pas le Taxi, mais il s’est offert personnellement pour m’aider pour commencer me rendre donc ça a été tellement agréable. Ce sont des personnel magnifiques.

Pros:

Hôtel propre et en bon état. Chambre climatisée et confortable.

Cons:

Hôtel relativement loin du métro et les bus (2 arrêts) ne sont ni fréquents ni fiables, il faut donc souvent marcher (pas très agréable en pleine canicule)
Alarme incendie déclenchée une nuit à plus de minuit (mais il n'y avait pas d'incendie)
Quand on séjourne plusieurs nuits, il faut demander (avant midi) à ce que le ménage de la chambre soit fait. Je l'ai demandé le deuxième jour, mais ça n'a pas été fait.

Les personnels rentrent dans les chambres bien avant l’heure de sortie! Nous avons été réveiller! C’est pas insonorisé, on entendais les voitures dehors et tout se qui se passait dans les couloirs.
