Chada Thai House

The hotel is in desperate need of major renovation.
Very bad smell of drainage from toilet/shower room.
Checked out early and moved to another hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay at Chada Thai House.
The property is well located in the heart of Pattaya and an excellent base with easy access to all activities.
Rooms are comfortable but getting close to needing a bit of TLC renovation.

Great little hotel at the end of a soy. Spacious rooms with balcony. Clean, well presented. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and transport. Quiet place to stay. Staff are excellent.

Hotel close to Second Road. Nice balcony with chairs to sit. Breakfast ok nothing fancy. Room clean. Everything basic but for a 2 or 2 1/2 hotel it is definitely fine. Have stayed st other better star hotels in Pattaya and this one is just as good. Noice from bars until 3 am but after first night, you don’t hear it. Only issue was faint sewer smell in the morning but if you keep door to toilet closed and fan in toilet on, the smell disappeared. We had a couple of heavy rainfalls in the evening and that also cleared smell. I think this is expected in the older hotels. Hotel has a lot of beautiful plants in the garden area and they look after the whole place very well.

Chada Thai House is in LK Metro, but on Soi 14, a dead end alley. This means it is mostly quiet, no traffic noise at all, no passing crowds, but a little bar noise can be heard into the wee small hours. Having said that though it is in no way unbearable. The hotel and rooms are basic but enough and for the price excellent value. There is no pool or catering though which is to be expected perhaps, but hundreds of food options just at the end of the Soi. The rooms are tired but well cleaned. It all works but is a little old fashioned which is nice in its own way but very different from a modern Pattaya hotel.

Hotel at the end of the street so need to go to the very end, but once inside the rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable, bathroom is on the small side but ok. Room has balcony but no view, but if you want to sit outside, relax with a beer and smoke then this is ideal.

Close to nightlife and 2nd road transportation as well as an easy walk to the beach and shopping mall. Very friendly and supportive staff, but I am a very low maintenance guest. Room was cleaned very well whenever I left (often not until afternoon) and I never had a single knock on my door waking me up too early - thank you! Hotel is located at the end of a small road so minimal traffic and noise.

The hotel is a bit run down and doesn't exactly look like the pictures. It is in a prime area and is loud atleast until 2 am. perfect for people wanting to party and go crazy. Service is very minimal. The staff aren't very friendly and definitely need to be trained in customer service. It was annoying when they were constantly mumbling something in Thai when I was at the counter and this happened everytime i went to the reception.

The hotel is at the end of a small soi, and is quiet although there is some noise pollution from bars in other streets (although mid evening, not late at night). An older building but very well maintained and clean, a good sized room ,large bad, small but very clean bathroom, and a small balcony. Overall, excellent value.

This hotel is located in the heart of every thing but down the end of a deadend street. With the door closed the noise from the bars was minimal and after 2am very quite. Only down side was nosy cleaners and cannot read do not disturb.

Lovely place to stay.Couple of minutes walk from 2nd Rd. Fantastic staff.Would definitely stay there again.

We found our stay to be very good, the staff were very helpful, room was spotless and best of all was quiet at night as tooked away at the end of soi 14 off of second road (opposite to soi 12 going to beach road) We will definetly book a room there again and really happy to have found Chada Thai for future holidays ;-)
