Чтобы что-то заказать, надо сказать номер комнаты, фамилию и поставить подпись на бумажке. Я считаю, что мы живём в таком времени, что можно делать всё электронно. Допустим я познакомилась с кем-то в гостинице, и потом этот человек закажет на моё имя что-то. Это очень не понравилось. Сделайте браслет как в спа на всё. Единый, на спа и на услуги. Персонал, пока я сама не спросила, при заезде, не объяснил, где находится ресторан, спа, как подняться на этаж, как будто я у вас каждые выходные бываю. Тоже не приятно, почему я должна спрашивать сама. А в целом понравилось, приедем ещё.

Pros:

Очень приятный, вежливый персонал. хорошая кухня. Ребёнок был в восторге, что на завтрак подаётся мороженое. В акавпарке девушка из персонала просто чудо! Внимательная, предупредительная. Даёт инструкции как лучше спускаться и как правильно группироваться при спуске.

Cons:

Немного старенькие номера, но это не портит общее впечатление.

Отель на море.
Pros:

Большой, светлый отель. Быстрое заселение, приятные молодые люди на стойке регистрации. Чистый номер с балконом. SPA зона... ожидали большего. Ресторан большой и красивый. Но сам завтрак, как завтрак, все обычно.
Парковка платная- 5 евро , сутки.

Cons:

Нет такого.
