The spa was enjoyable, but the poor service, cleanliness and lack of basic attention to guests made
Pros:

The spa area was the only part of our stay that we really enjoyed. It was pleasant and relaxing.

Cons:

Unfortunately, almost everything outside the spa was disappointing. We had requested two sparkling wine glasses in advance, but they were not in the room when we arrived. The reception told us to go to the lobby bar and collect them ourselves... At the bar, we were first given red wine glasses, and when I pointed out that I could clearly see two sparkling wine glasses on the shelf, the bartender refused to give them to us because then there would be none left for the bar...

The room was also not properly cleaned. There was visible black mould in the shower area and dark hairs in the bathroom...

Later in the evening, when we went to the pub located inside the hotel, we asked whether the tap water in Narva-Jõesuu was safe to drink. We were told that it should not be drunk and were offered bottled water instead, which we later discovered cost €7.
After dinner, we asked the staff about playing billiards. We were told that the waiting time was around an hour, but the communication was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Nobody explained where the billiard area was or suggested that we could wait at the bar and have a drink in the meantime. With a more welcoming attitude, we would probably have stayed longer and ordered something while waiting.

When the water in our room ran out around ~11-12 p.m., we called to ask if we could order more water to the room, but were told that this was not possible and that we had to go downstairs ourselves to refill water from a cooler.

Breakfast was also disappointing. There were no lactose-free options at all, which was very surprising for a four-star hotel. In addition, all the tables by the windows were dirty, and the staff did not seem to be cleaning or checking them.
For a four-star hotel and a room costing over €150 per night, this level of cleanliness and service is simply not acceptable. We expected much better hospitality, attention to guests, and basic room service.

Прекрасный отдых.
Pros:

Отличный отель. Очень хороший спа,много разных бань. Аквапарк тоже отличный,но очень скользко. В пабе очень вкусно кормят. Завтрак понравился,очень разнообразный выбор.

Cons:

Подушки стоит заменить. И мебель уже устарела.
