Wellington Inn by Hoco Hotels Collection

The carpet was dirty, the bathroom door was ajar and could not close it. The price for this room and location was too high. I will not go back to this inn.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in the premium suite of Wellington Inn. The premium suite was spacious and quiet. We liked the digital entry & exit locking system of the inn & suite. Just be prepared to go a couple flight of stairs as there's no elevator. We stayed on the third floor and didn't find it a problem taking our luggage up the stairs. The staff were friendly & welcoming when we checked in. The inn is conveniently located close to most attractions. I recommend this property for your next stay in Stratford.

I was quite satisfied with my room at the Wellington, and appreciated the larger bathrooom. Most comfortable bed I evet slept in too!

Was absolutely filthy. Carpet looked like it has not been cleaned in decades, inside the room and in the hallway. There is no parking at the hotel and overnight parking is not allowed on the streets. There was an available lot about 6 blocks away

Suite was in a great location. It was comfortable, well-decorated & had good facilities. Overall it was clean, but the carpet was stained. The stairway to the unit had badly stained carpet & peeling paint - a bad first impression. We would stay here again if these 2 issues were resolved.

This was a complete disappointment, very sketchy 2 level college dorm room feel. Dirty carpets throughout the stairway and small room. Very small and outdated room. Bathroom was fine but with all the choices downtown dont stay here. Was expensive for what you get! Looks around before you chose this stay.

We stayed 2 nights. The location is excellent Check in was easy and the room was nice except that the carpet was really dirty.

Great location. We were on the third floor, so much be comfortable walking up the stairs. The room is very nice, with great window light. It's close to everything, with free nightly parking a 5-minute walk down the road. The bed was good, and the bathroom was very clean and nicely set up. The only major drawback was the TV wasn't working with the provided Roku unit. It wouldn't connect no matter what we tried. Also, the cable TV was not connected. However, there was an HDMI cable left over, so I was able to use that to connect my laptop and stream Netflix through the in-room wifi onto the TV. But otherwise we would have been very frustrated by the lack of a working TV at night. Overall enjoyed my stay and if I was to return, would ask ahead about whether the connected Roku devise was actually working.

The check -in process was efficient, the staff helpful, The room was large and clean except for the carpeting which had several large stains. The television came with a set of fiddly instructions that I couldn't figure out so I didn;t watch television, not the end of the world. The airconditioning was on high on arrival and although the room info said it could be changed there was no apparent mechanism to do so. Fortunately, I like a cold room so I didn't make an issue of it.

This was exactly perfect for what it was. Clean, not fussy, very convenient - worked very well for our needs.

A lovely room within easy walking distance to Avon and Studio theatres. Only negative is there were MANY MANY steep stairs to get to our room, and this was not mentioned in the booking. The stairs were very difficult for some, but we managed.
