The room was way smaller than I thought. I was told I would have a ride to the hotel when i landed at 1030pm
However i got a message saying it was canceled. I was extremely upset arriving and trying to get a taxi . The staff was awesome.

The room was extremely small, with a poorly planned layout. The TV was positioned directly at the foot of the bed, right in the narrow pathway leading to the hanging hooks. The tight placement made it almost inevitable to bump into the TV when accessing the hooks, as if it were designed to be accidentally damaged—possibly so guests would have to pay for repairs.
I didn't appreciate the rigid, by-the-book approach of the front desk officer, Remie. She insisted that I could only check in at 6 AM for early check-in, refusing my request to go up just 30 minutes earlier at 5:30 AM. While I understand this may be the policy, it was a missed opportunity to go the extra mile for a visibly exhausted guest who had just traveled overnight with multiple bags. A little flexibility and empathy would have made a big difference.
Rooms are small but super clean and comfortable, staff are great.

Standart rooms are really really small. If you are arriving with a big luggage like I did, I recommend to take a bigger room.
Also one sleeps straight below the aircon and gets hit by the cold air stream.
Bathroom door wont open entirely and my knees touched the wall when I sat on the toilet.
I am 186 cm.
The only way to open my luggage was on the bed.
It' amazing stay.
Close to Ayala Pavilion and 7-11. We stayed during Sinulog. They had a sound system rented and played music from the front porch. VERY festive and contributed to the atmosphere. The wifi was reliable and, of course, the staff was amazing as with most hotels here in the Philippines. If you stay here, I highly recommend a trip to Mactan Island to see 10,000 Roses. It's a fantastic night attraction.

They have water dispenser outside the room and its free. It is a hot and cold dispenser very useful.
Maybe the giving of key cards only one. But I understand it save electricity.
Upon booking breakfast meals were included but the staffs denied that breakfast is for free and they didn’t had a clarification with the management until we checkout.
