ROOM-nice......Breakfast-terrible.... Employees nice to me.. Gave sister's room to someone else.
Pros:

Beds were great. It was clean. It was the perfect location for what I needed. Nice employees to me.
BUT,,,,,,,,The Home 2 in Conway had a warmer breakfast- same processed foods but mostly hot - and the oatmeal wasn't so watery as in Edmond.

Cons:

Breakfast, HUMMMM. Not so good. Looked frozen round and flat eggs (they were so so). The oatmeal was basically tan water. Noting was hot - barely warm. I went somewhere else for be breakfast Sunday morning. There needs to be more choices of eating locations besides Chic-Fil-A (I love it) since it was packed to the bream with cars and people and no place to park. My sister and husband had a reservation and they gave the room to someone else.

I would go back.
Pros:

Liked bedroom area. Bathroom fan in ceiling wasn't working properly. It would run at random without switch being turned on. Sounded like fan blades were not turning. Did advise reception and let them listen to fan noise

Nice place to stay, highly recommended.
Pros:

I liked the room, the facility was clean, and relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were clean, easy to use. The breakfast was OK, not bad but not great either.

Cons:

The ice machines were out of order on 2nd and 3rd floors. I would have liked to use my own fireTV stick in my room but the wifi would not let it on the network so I was limited in what I could watch on TV.

Traveling stay, breakfast was satisfactory and easy on and off IH 35
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory, location close to IH 35, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was positioned too close to air conditioner which caused spouse to bump into a/c. Bathroom door got stuck on floor that was too high for door to swing easily, might consider plaining the bottom of door to correct issue.

Staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive. Could not be happier

Cons:

My room (310) has a door that sticks and is hard to open. It also slams closed quite loudly. Door has obviously had work done to it as the interior metal frame is warped and sort of cobbled together. That’s my only complaint about my stay

Great stay, welcoming staff, would come back!
Pros:

The lady that checked us in was fab! I wish I had noted her name. The room was clean and check in was very easy.
Fitness room was pretty well equipped and breakfast was really well stocked and PLENTIFUL. A great variety with good options, to include healthier items and fruit along with the usual breads and waffles.
This is my second stay in a Home2 Suite and both times everything has been great. I am definitely going to seek out these hotels in the future.

Cons:

I can't really fault anything at all... the shower gel dispenser was empty in our bathroom, and after notifying front desk who apologized profusely, it was rectified immediately. No complaints here.

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything! Staff was great. Room was perfect! Came in for work and husband joined me. I was able to work, without bothering him.

Cons:

Would have been better if there was a hot tub!
