Pros:

Staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive. Could not be happier

Cons:

My room (310) has a door that sticks and is hard to open. It also slams closed quite loudly. Door has obviously had work done to it as the interior metal frame is warped and sort of cobbled together. That’s my only complaint about my stay

Great stay, welcoming staff, would come back!
Pros:

The lady that checked us in was fab! I wish I had noted her name. The room was clean and check in was very easy.
Fitness room was pretty well equipped and breakfast was really well stocked and PLENTIFUL. A great variety with good options, to include healthier items and fruit along with the usual breads and waffles.
This is my second stay in a Home2 Suite and both times everything has been great. I am definitely going to seek out these hotels in the future.

Cons:

I can't really fault anything at all... the shower gel dispenser was empty in our bathroom, and after notifying front desk who apologized profusely, it was rectified immediately. No complaints here.

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything! Staff was great. Room was perfect! Came in for work and husband joined me. I was able to work, without bothering him.

Cons:

Would have been better if there was a hot tub!

Pros:

Comfortable and quiet. Liquor store with good wine selection and 7-Eleven right next door. Very convenient. 20-30 minutes to downtown.

Cons:

Coffee maker is a dual brew. Two cups can be made at a time. One side brewed slower than the other. Needs to be descaled or thrown out. Cheap brand.

Cons:

I had random knocking on my door in the middle of the night along with the smoke alarms went off. When I asked the staff the next morning what happened they acted like i was the only person that heard the smoke alarms.
