Great Little Hotel in a quiet area but not too far from pattaya city, perfect location.
Room was kept very clean everyday by the cleaning staff who done a excellent job.

Lumpy pillow and not able to lock securely the terrace . Curtains don't close fully and let the sun.
Great hotel. Friendly staff. A quiet place near a busy street. The room is spacious, very clean, and cleaned daily. There is a swimming pool, a restaurant, you can rent a motorbike and order a transfer to the airport. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Thank you for a pleasant stay)
The hotel was within 5 minutes of Bangkok Hospital which is why we chose it as we had an appointment there. Plenty of parking space available for cars, the room was large and the shower worked well.
The mattress was quite hard and the room decor was a little tired.

No coffee or tea as expected in a hotel but did supply a kettle. Bugs in the room daily, had to buy insect spray. Asked for pillow cases to be changed as the washing detergent that was used in cleaning was highly scented. But that didnt happen, my request fell on deaf ears.
