Doručak je bio dobar. Soba je bila velika, krevet je bio udoban. Izuzetno ljubazna osoba je radila na doručku. Lošije sam ocenila objekat zbog opisane neprijatane situacije koju smo imali u hotelu.

Cons:

Nije mi se dopao stav hotela da treba da platimo takse za koje je pisalo i na bookingu i na rezervaciji da su uključene u cenu i odbijen je ukupan iznos sa moje bankovne kartice. Osoba koja radi na recepciji je bila veoma neprijatna dok je tvrdila da je greška bookinga što su oni pogrešno napisali na svom sajtu da je cena sa taksama i da mi treba da platimo takse pre napuštanja hotela. Postoji malo kulturniji i vaspitaniji način da se komunicira sa klijentima, tako da sam veoma iznenađena da takva osoba uopšte radi na recepciji. Tada sam joj ja pokazala na sajtu bookinga da piše da je cena sa taksama i za eventualno novu rezervaciju narednih dana. Ja smatram, da se i desila greška od strane bookinga, oni su trebali da nam se obrate za doplatu, a ne osoblje hotela jer mi nismo rezervisali hotel direktno na recepciji hotela. Tako da je to ružno iskustvo za nas. Mi smo platili te takse na recepciji da kasnije ne bi možda imali neke probleme, ali sigurna sam da to nije trebalo tako da se desi jer sam imala potvrdu rezervacije gde je pisalo da je plaćeno sve. Pisala sam bookingu odmah nakon problema koji smo imali o tom svom iskustvu i oni mi nisu još uvek odgovorili. Od tada je prošlo već dva dana.

Hôtel qui a perdu de son lustre
Pros:

Hôtel situé à proximité du centre ville. Parking gratuit. Pizzeria au rez-de-chaussée.

Cons:

Murs tachés, moquette usagée, meubles abîmés, odeurs désagréables, décoration surprenante... Bref un lifting complet est nécessaire.
