Il posto è molto pulito. Ma soprattutto, il servizio è eccellente, in particolare quello della signora Mariana, che ha sempre risolto con cordialità e pazienza ogni mio problema. Ad esempio, quando non riuscivo a trovare la palestra, ha persino interrotto le pulizie che stava facendo per accompagnarmi personalmente al piano di sotto. Inoltre, mi chiedeva sempre con premura se avessi bisogno di acqua, asciugamani o altro. È proprio per questo che ho deciso di soggiornare qui per diversi giorni di seguito.

Die Lage ist ok, Innenstadt zu Fuss schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Hauseigener Parkplatz wurde für die Öffenlichkeit zugänglich gemacht ( Fussball Spiel ). Für Hotel- und Restaurant Gäste daher keine Parkmöglichkeit, hat auch keinen wirklich interressiert um eine Lösung an zu bieten.
Das ganze Umfeld vom und im Hotel, ungepflegt, lieblos, grosse Terasse beschädigt und keinen Blumen wie in Italien üblich im Frühling, in den Blumenkästen befand sich nur Unkraut.
