Ein ganz tolles Berghotel mit vielen Aufmerksamkeiten
Pros:

Eine unglaublich tolle Saunalandschaft, tolles Zimmer mit direktem Blick zum Chäserrugg, es wurde sogar an Wellnesstaschen, Leih-Rucksack und gehäkeltem Eierwärmer gedacht-so aufmerksam!

Cons:

Einzig das WC war nicht nass aufgenommen (Flecken am Boden vom Vor-Gast)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück und Nachtessen sehr gut. Die Sauna resp. Spa Bereich war bereichernd.
Der Shuttle hat uns zum Skigebiet gebracht, war ein super Service.

Pros:

Heerlijke kamer!!
Gratis gebruik van de wellness.
Super mooie ligging. Smakelijk ontbijtbuffet.
Kom graag ook eens in het voorjaar/zomer terug.
Hond vriendelijk.

Cons:

Op de dag van aankomst viel er enorm veel sneeuw. Dan is het erg lastig om bij de accommodatie te komen ivm de steile en smalle toegangsweg. Gelukkig tipte een bewoonster mij het hotel te bellen en te vragen naar vervoer met 4WD. Dit werkte perfect. Ik liet mijn eigen auto beneden in het dal staan. Wel veel trappen in het hotel, dit was voor mijn oudere hond een uitdaging.
