Pros:

Heerlijke kamer!!
Gratis gebruik van de wellness.
Super mooie ligging. Smakelijk ontbijtbuffet.
Kom graag ook eens in het voorjaar/zomer terug.
Hond vriendelijk.

Cons:

Op de dag van aankomst viel er enorm veel sneeuw. Dan is het erg lastig om bij de accommodatie te komen ivm de steile en smalle toegangsweg. Gelukkig tipte een bewoonster mij het hotel te bellen en te vragen naar vervoer met 4WD. Dit werkte perfect. Ik liet mijn eigen auto beneden in het dal staan. Wel veel trappen in het hotel, dit was voor mijn oudere hond een uitdaging.

Ein wundervoller Ort! Alles hat gepasst! Die malerische Umgebung. Die tollen Angebote, organisiert von Familie Stump. Dann die hundefreundliche Einrichtung. Die geniale Aufteilung der Zimmer. Das hervorragende Frühstück!! Dann José der lustige Kellner mit dem leckersten Chocomousse der Welt! Das Abendessen, der Service zum Skilift! Leute Ihr habt euch total übertroffen! Das beste Hotel der Schweiz!!! Danke liebe Familie Stump, es war fantastisch!!

Pros:

Convenience, views, food, wellness area, staff ALL OF IT. They have an igloo lit up and you can have a fondue - we were the only ones - it was magical. Also gave us a bottle of water EACH for our journey home.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like.
