Warm friendly staff in a dreamy cozy location
Pros:

It was situated in a quiet location and had its own private courtyard with pool and dining area. The owners were very experienced and completely laid-back and helped guests lay out the local attractions with recommended viewing order and distance from hotel. The resident dog Pati was equally relaxed and very calm and cute. If you go outside the front door and turn right there is a mulberry and apricot tree at the end of the lane with delicious fruit. Helpful staff all around, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and free towels for the hotel pool and travertines! We really felt like we could unwind here so it was very soothing after rushing thru a 5-day Egypt tour.

Cons:

Unfortunately the ants kept crowding into our room every morning from a crack in the wall by the balcony during our stay. It wasn’t a big deal, but it meant we couldn’t keep things on the floor in case they got into our bags. If they could be kept out somehow it would be perfect!

Pros:

Great hotel. We decided to eat dinner there and the portions were generous and made to order. Highly recommend the grilled trout and the chicken kofte. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was an elaborate spread. Super nice staff too.

Pros:

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful with anything and everything. The breakfast buffet is excellent for both quality and variety. The hotel location is very good and they offer a free drop off shuttle service to the Pamukkale travertines.
