Stay there but don’t eat there
Pros:

Was clean and room was comfortable.

Cons:

Restaurant was not great. Would never eat there again. Food was oily.

Pros:

La piscina y la facilidad para cenar o comer en el hotel.
El desayuno era buffet y tenía opciones continentales.
Estaba limpio.
El personal es amable
Está cerca de los travertinos pero necesitas coche

Cons:

No habia sillas, o muebles para colocar las maletas tuvimos que colocar todo por el suelo y en un espacio bastante reducido, para una noche vale, pero no más porque no es cómodo.
No hay ascensor, las personas de movilidad reducida deben tenerlo en cuenta

Pros:

Excellent base to explore the tavertines and Hierapolis. The City Gate is walking distance from the hotel and they provide a free ride to the North or South Gates. Main town is a 10 min walk. Excellent parking on site, too.

Rooms were clean and comfy, staff were super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was incredible. They also serve a good dinner on site.

Pros:

El personal de recepción, súper amable. El perrito que nos acompañó hasta el lugar de la cena. La piscina, necesaria tras un día agotador. El tamaño de la habitación, muy bueno. El buffet de desayuno, muy bien surtido. Parking gratuito.

Awesome hotel, delicious breakfast, free shuttle to sights.
Pros:

Spacious, clean, quiet room with balcony. Breakfast was incredible!!! We enjoyed the sparkling clean pool. The staff were very helpful. Restaurant dining is extensive and delicious. They run a free shuttle up to the Pamukkale South Gate which is great!

Cons:

Nothing, we would stay again.

Almost a great place and definitely has the potential to be. We enjoyed our stay overall.
Pros:

A huge buffet for breakfast but a lot of guests makes it a little too busy. Parking was available and easy. Room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

The walls are thin and could voices next door when trying to sleep
