经检验，十分满意，值得入住

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte al Venus suite hotel, camera confortevole, ampia e silenziosa. Abbiamo anche cenato in struttura, mangiato bene e staff molto cortese.

호텔은 직원들의 친절함이 특히 인상적이었고, 위치 또한 매우 훌륭했습니다. 전반적인 청결 상태는 물론, 서비스의 모든 부분에서 높은 만족도를 느낄 수 있었습니다.
우리는 버스와 돌무시를 이용해 아침 일찍 도착했는데, 호텔에서 배려해 주어 얼리 체크인까지 가능했습니다. 덕분에 실제로는 하루를 예약했지만, 하루 반 이상을 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다.
파무칼레에서의 좋은 기억이 이 호텔 덕분에 더욱 완성되었다고 느껴집니다. 다음에 다시 방문하게 된다면 주저 없이 이곳을 선택할 것입니다.

The breakfast was exceptional as was the room we stayed in parking was easy as well. Close to some good restaurants as well as the archaeological sites.

Really helpful front of house staff, lovely swimming pool, great food, great location

New building! No matter what, new facility provides convenience for stay with affordable price. Hotel is low profiled, all the floor is accessible with stairs quickly. Room is very cozy and warm in late March. Most of all I can see directly baloon at early morning at the roof. Baloon viewable location is bonus.

El pueblo es pequeño, con distancias caminables desde el hotel hasta la entrada sur de los Travertinos, restaurantes y supermercados. Fue muy agradable pasear tranquilamente por el sector.
Agradecemos a todo el personal por su amabilidad. Nos trasladaron gratuitamente hasta la entrada norte de la Hierápolis, nos permitieron guardar las maletas durante la tarde luego de haber hecho el check out, y tenían disponible té y café durante todo el día.
El desayuno que incluía el hotel nos dejó maravilladas. Era muy variado y rico.
Cenamos un par de veces también allí y nos encantó. La comida sabrosa, y siempre nos entregaban una canasta con pan y salsas típicas de Turquía. Amamos el Acılı Ezme!
En cuanto a las instalaciones, todo estaba impecable. A pesar de hacer frío aún, la piscina estaba lista para que cualquier valiente pudiera usarla. La habitación contaba con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Había shampoo, acondicionador, gel de ducha y jabón. En pocos hoteles encontramos esto, por lo que se agradece.

Excellent check-in, helpful staff, lovely rooms, nice bathrooms, spacious balcony with chairs & small table, efficient air conditioning, comfy beds (if not a bit hard for our liking), really good choice for lighting in the room and around the beds. Fridge in the rooms. Bottles of water, kettle, coffee & tea provided. Huge breakfast buffet with loads of choice. Lovely pool but too cold to use yet. Amazing shady garden with comfy tables & chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just drinks and playing games. Comfy sofas in the lobby. Very helpful staff for any questions, organising tours, tips for visiting local areas. All in all a great place to stay and with views of the white travertines. A problem with the shower in one of our rooms was sorted and a new room given quickly. Great recommendation for a thermal pool, hamam and massage - affordable and very good.

La chambre était spacieuse, calme et confortable. Un grand parking se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel. L'espace extérieur autour de la piscine est très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner, buffet très fourni et varié. Bon emplacement, à 8 min en voiture de l'entrée sud du site de Pamukkale.

El desayuno muy generoso y variado. La piscina muy bonita aunque no pudimos usarla porque hacía fresco. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas y la ducha buenísima. Nos encantó el hotel!

Staff very helpful, located approximately 10 min walk from the centre. Due to this the hotel is quiet & peaceful. Lovely outdoor pool & surrounding area. Staff arranged for us to go to the Ramada Hotel where we could enjoy a Turkish Bath & soak in the mineral waters.

Great value for the price!
