I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pals Inn in East Patel Nagar, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and prompt service. The check-in process was smooth, and the team ensured I had everything I needed.

The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities that made my stay very relaxing. The attention to detail in cleanliness and decor was truly commendable.

One of the highlights was the food—the in-house restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, both local and continental. The quality and taste were exceptional, and the service was prompt and courteous.

The location is another advantage. East Patel Nagar is centrally located, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, shopping areas, and business hubs in Delhi. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay.

Breakfast was excellent. The gentleman at reception booked me a taxi for the airport (6.15am). Taxi was excellent, exactly on time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they allowed my friend to check in an hour earlier than check in time, helped to get our belongings via stairs to the room, ordered taxi when we could not order an uber for half of hour, called to offer breakfast etc.
Good location - clean, safe, with many shops and places to eat, also metro station is close to the hotel.
Wi-fi worked mostly well.
Hotel provides free bottles of water and fruits. Breakfast is served in the room, but it is enough tasty.

the location was good. surrounding township buildings and shops are attractive, not so congested, and not old-fashioned. The staff and the manager are very polite and enthusiastic.

The service is amazing!! The guys are so helpful and so responsive, we felt like home!!!

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. Especially the willingness of the staff, even when arranging a trip outside of New Delhi, the proximity of the metro and the good price for the accommodation provided.

The hotel staffs were really kind and helpful. They try to assist you the best way they can!
The airport transfer with an extra cost was a great deal, it was so easy, safe and comfortable.
You will get clean rooms, attentive and helpful staffs, delicious breakfast and useful information, when staying in this hotel.
Also the hotel staffs are fluent in many languages, so you do not have to worry about communication. They even speak Japanese!!

I can recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Mr. Singh, the owner, is a wonderful man who went out if his way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Food was superb! Great location and neighbourhood with amazing street food and bustling activity.
