The room size exceeded our expectations. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly.
The washbasin and the shower did not work properly. It seemed to be air in the pipes.

Breakfast was nice but limited. Our stay was short (4 days), and a limited breakfast worked fine. Wouldn't like the same thing for any longer though.
We like a cup of tea before bed but there was no tea making facilities in the room.

An amazing hotel with exceptionally kind and welcoming owners! The room was beautiful and lovely and clean. The hotel was in a great location, roughly a 15 minute walk to the historic centre of Florence. An amazing stay all round, would absolutely recommend Hotel Firenze Capitale to anyone looking to spend time in the beautiful city.

Location and hotel was not as expected. Pictures on site did not demonstrate the reality. No staff to greet you at the main door and welcome you, tge building resembled a building out of a dracula movir. I had to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs which caused bruising to my arm, because the lift was so small. It was not clear to me that this was a 300 year old building and only fit fot young backpackers not seasoned travellers who expect better.
We checked out as soon as we checked in and had to pay, in my view, an escape fee, to leave the hotel, which was equivalent to one night's stay, although the manager attempted to con us out of 2 night fee. Absolutely disgraceful.

Quiet neighborhood but close enough to the center of the city. Very friendly staff.
La habitación era muy amplia, el aire acondicionado era un punto a favor puesto que en Junio hacía muchísima calor.
El desayuno bastante pobre, aunque llego a entenderlo ya que se trata de un hotel pequeño y con poco movimiento. La limpieza no estaba mal aunque podría mejorar.

Falta um pouco de sinalização na entrada do Edifício. O Hotel é no segundo andar.Apenas na chegada atrapalha um pouco.

Los techos de las habitaciones son espectaculares. La ubicación está muy bien.
Es muy sencillo de desayuno y detalles en las habitaciones (almenos la nuestra) y pasillos por el precio que tiene. El acceso puede pasar desapercibido.
