The hotel is amazing, so comfy and clean! The room is enormous and very clean! Everything in this hotel was perfect! The staff Rita and Giuseppe make our stay incredible! We felt like we are at home! It’s perfect!

Room is elegant and comfortable. The high ceiling and the painting are very Firenze. And the decors are all matching with the painting.
Breakfast is simply and not much to choose from
So friendly and great location. The hotel is beautiful, clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.
Breakfast was lovely and enough to set you up for the day. Truthfully I think the coffee should have been available in the breakfast room and not have to be asked for ( my personal preference). The room was lovely along with the magnificent ceiling paintings , close to town on t2 tram .
The most beautiful hotel room we’ve ever stayed. If you want to experience all the charm of Florence and you don't mind walking 15 minutes to the main tourist attractions, choose this hotel! The incredibly friendly staff of the hotel create an incredibly warm, almost family-like atmosphere. Definitely if we are in Florence again, we will stay here again.

It is as wonderful as the photos auggest! They really are hospitable people first and businesspeople second. That is rare these days.

L’hotel è situato in una zona strategica di Firenze, é sì in zona ZTL ma comunque con la macchina puoi arrivare per scaricare le valigie e parcheggiare nel parcheggio a pagamento a 700m.

El desayuno quizás un poco escaso (falta de variedad).
This is a nice hotel on a quiet street, a location that is sure to be appreciated by tired travelers battling tourist crowds. Better still, it’s just a short walk from a tram stop that connects to the train station. Nearby is a botanical garden well worth strolling though.
The hotel is run by two nice people, one of whom speaks very good English. The accommodations are comfortable and up-to-date. Highly recommended.
