Beautifully decorated hotel rooms in an historic building
Pros:

The most beautiful hotel room we’ve ever stayed. If you want to experience all the charm of Florence and you don't mind walking 15 minutes to the main tourist attractions, choose this hotel! The incredibly friendly staff of the hotel create an incredibly warm, almost family-like atmosphere. Definitely if we are in Florence again, we will stay here again.

Excellent clean and value for money and very accommodating
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and enough to set you up for the day. Truthfully I think the coffee should have been available in the breakfast room and not have to be asked for ( my personal preference). The room was lovely along with the magnificent ceiling paintings , close to town on t2 tram .

Pros:

L’hotel è situato in una zona strategica di Firenze, é sì in zona ZTL ma comunque con la macchina puoi arrivare per scaricare le valigie e parcheggiare nel parcheggio a pagamento a 700m.

This is a nice hotel on a quiet street, a location that is sure to be appreciated by tired travelers battling tourist crowds. Better still, it’s just a short walk from a tram stop that connects to the train station. Nearby is a botanical garden well worth strolling though.

The hotel is run by two nice people, one of whom speaks very good English. The accommodations are comfortable and up-to-date. Highly recommended.

Дуже гарне місце розташування готелю. Номер дуже великий та гарно оформлений, розписна стеля у Флорентійських мотивах. Чудовий персонал. Відносно недалеко від готелю багато рівнева парковка по 15 EUR на добу (був невеликий квест з її пошуком, тільки завдяки Waze вдалося до неї доїхати враховуючи специфічний та складний рух у цьому кварталі та наявність багатьох вулиць з одностороннім рухом).

Pros:

Les hôtes étaient adorables et le petit déjeuner continental était bon mais sans plus. La chambre confortable et propre. Le plafond magnifique.

Cons:

Comme dans beaucoup de chambres en Italie, pas de bouilloire. L'eau de la douche etait froide le 2eme jour de notre séjour. Un peu loin du centre ville. La barre du rideau de douche tombait et le parquet etait mal posé.
