Would definitely stay again
Pros:

I saw three different front desk people during my stay. All three were excellent at their jobs. You have an extremely polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

Our bar soap had some dirt inside the cardboard box. Perhaps it received some kind of water damage previously?? We just washed our hands with the nice shower gel instead.I did not bring the issue up to any employee.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

The property was very clean, as was the room. We loved the extra space in the room, as we were there for 9 days.
The beds were comfortable and the noise level low.
The staff was awesome.

Cons:

Our bathroom had some wallpaper that was coming off of the wall.
Kids running out of the pool area making the floor in front of the elevators, and the elevators soaking wet.

Fabulous overnight stay as we are driving home!

Alexis at the front desk is amazing! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful!!

Cons:

Nothing! All was great. If anything, get bigger disposable coffee cus!

Altogether a good stay for a fair price. Happy with nearly everything.

We very much enjoyed the facility and the businesses in the area. Thank you for a great stay.
Pros:

The room had lots of space, a large TV, and a lot of comforts of home. We did use the refrigerator, but none of the other appliances. The shower was great and I did use the treadmill in the exercise room, but we didn't use the pool. We didn't partake of the breakfast, but it looked delicious and many were enjoying it. I did get a large coffee and it was very good. The associate that checked us in was very nice and informative, and the process was very quick and easy.

Cons:

We didn't use the hide-a-bed, but we did use the couch part, and it was very hard and somewhat uncomfortable. The only other thing I can think of is my wife likes the hot tub in the pool area that a lot of other facilities have. There doesn't seem to be as many as there used to be, and I knew that this facility didn't have one before I booked the room, but I thought that I would mention it.

Pros:

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was amazing. We were able to utilize the pool and the gym with no problem. Definitely would stay again.

Cons:

One of the elevators is a little rickety. Otherwise, no complaints.

Got there late due to being at hospital and left early.
Pros:

It was close to the hospital that my mom was having surgery at.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I didn’t get to enjoy the room/atmosphere or the pool due to my mom having surgery.
