Great Stay at Advastay Hotel!
Pros:

The room was super clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bathroom with great walk in shower. Breakfast was good, with a variety of items to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are a smoker, our room had a small outdoor area with a table and chairs where you could smoke. However, not all rooms had the feature.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn’t give us the coolness we wanted.

Rooms are MUCH smaller than in the photos
Pros:

Proximity to train was great. The breakfast/restaurant next door to the hotel - California Bean - was the highlight. Evelyn and her staff were wonderful and the food was simply delicious.

Cons:

Neighborhood was not great. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. Rooms pictured on website are from the Kings Hotel across the street. No front desk which means no staff to help. Thankfully, when we were checking in on kiosk and having an issue, another guest who happened to be there told me to go to the Kings hotel across the street for help. Staff was wonderful and helpful and I wish we had stayed there. The plus the rooms pictured for AdvaStay by Kings were NOT the rooms we stayed in - they were of rooms at Kings and ours were much smaller. Very misleading and felt like bait and switch

Pros:

위치 좋고 교통 편리하고 구시가와 접근성이 너무 좋아요.

Cons:

같은 계열 호텔이 세군대가 있는데 한군대에서 총괄하는 것 같고 문제가 있을 경우 거기에서 대응 하는 것 같음. 뭌제가 발생했는데 데스크를 연결하려면 1층 무인 체크인 기계 옆에 있는 전화기 혹은 앱 밖에 없음. 각 방에서 급한 일로 연락해야할 때 불편함! 우리는 욕실문이 잠겨 배우자가 약 45분간 갇혀 있었는데 조치하는데 시간이 꽤 걸렸고 화가 조금 났음. 방을 교체 요구하였으나 성수기라서 빈방이 없어서 그냥 있음! 비상연락체계 개선이 필요함!

Close to amenities and comfortable
Pros:

Close to train station and rental car stations. Rooms were comfortable. We could store our luggage until we had to-pickup our car which allowed us to explore Munich a little longer

احتساب رسوم مواقف السيارات، كما أن موقعه قريب نسبيًا من شارع قد لا يكون مناسبًا للعائلات. وفي المقابل، يتميز الموقع بموقعه الممتاز، خصوصًا لمن لا يملك سيارة، لقربه من الميدان وعدد من المطاعم العربية والآسيوية المعروفة.

Gerne wieder mit anderem Zimmer.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage und vom Münchener Hauptbahnhof nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Doppelzimmer ist komfortabel und mit großem Bad ausgestattet.

Cons:

Zimmer war Straßenseitig (Dachauer Straße) und im Nebengebäude befindet sich ein Nachtclub, der von sehr vielen Jugendlichen besucht wird, die dann in Trauben lärmend und gröhlend auf der Straße stehen. Fenster öffnen zum Lüften in der Nacht war dadurch unmöglich!

Great location, great staff and won't be disappointed!
Pros:

The location is great and the staff are wonderful. They even helped us check in our bags to lockers across the street to the main hotel.

Cons:

Our rooms were not ready upon check in and we had to wait and move to another room.
