Güzel konum ve güzel hizmet
Pros:

Konumu merkez tren istasyonu ve Gezilecek yerlere çok yakın. Alt kattaki cafede kahvaltılar çok güzel. Sadece nakit geçiyor ve fiyatlar biraz yüksek ama lezzet olarak değer. -1. Katta odada lazım olan her şeye ulaşmak mümkün.

Cons:

HK ekibi ilk sefer odada sadece havlu değişimi yapıp hiç bir şey değiştirmeden odadan ayrıldığı için resepsiyona bilgi verdiğimde ertesi gün gelip odayı tamamen temizlediler. Ama uyarmazsanız pek temizlik yapmaktan yana değiller gibi. Biz check in saatinden 1 saat önce otele vardık ve erken giriş imkanı olup olmadığını sorduğumuzda bizden 30€ istediler erken check in için 🤣 daha sonra valizlerimizi bırakabileceğimiz alan için kart verdiler. 1 büyük 2 küçük valiz kolaylıkla içine sığdı. Alan güvenli. Akşam check in için geldiğimizde bize verilen kod çalışmadı. Kings otelde resepsiyona gittiğimizde Sevinç hanım hemen bize yardımcı oldu. İşlemlerimizi hızlıca tamamladı ve kart verdi. Oda rezervasyonda teraslı gözüküyordu ama teras yoktu. Hava güzel olsa dert ederdim ama hava yağmurlu olduğu için problem olmadı. Ama verilen sözüm tutulmuyor olması bir problem. Odayı temizletmeyince 10 € luk voucher veriliyor. Kahvaltıda geçer diye düşündük ama sadece kahve su işin geçerli olduğunu çıkarken öğrendik 🤷‍♀️

Prática e de excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

Hospedagem muito prática no coração de Munique. Conseguimos deixar as malas antes do check in ajudados por uma funcionária do hotel em frente(que pertence à mesma rede). Pegamos os quartos voltados para um pátio interno, portanto não tivemos qualquer problema com o barulho da rua em frente.

Cons:

Nada em particular, talvez algumas pessoas se incomodem com a falta de funcionários

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff makes your stay miserable despite hotel potential
Pros:

Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Check in procedure was not smooth at all, and hotel staff was very inexperienced in my opinion and not willing to accomodate any request to make stay easier for guests.
1) They do not want to give you room earlier than 3pm without additional payment. I do understand rooms are not always ready before indicated check in time, but it is very common they are. Here obviously they just want to charge you extra.
2) I was coming for work conference and my initial trip from 3 nights was extended so I booked one more night. When checking in I ask staff to give me one room to not check out and check in twice as I have work event and need to leave early, around 8am, and am back around 10pm. They did not want to accomodate it saying how it is impossible because the rooms are not same category. I also understand that and said I would gladly stay in cheaper or any room where i don´t need to go through all the stress and burden with packing and unpacking in the midst of my work event. It is also something all hotels I´ve been so far would gladly do to meet their guests needs. Here it was impossible to reach any help from the staff.
