まあ、特に期待してはいないから、まあまあでした。

室内照明が暗い
外部の騒音が気になった。
広場でのイベントがあり、特に夜遅くまで広場で酔客の声が夜中まできこえた

That was a nice visit.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the Tsukuba Centre. The areas around the hotel are comfortable, relaxing and worth a visit. It is also close to convenient stores such as Lawson, but a little too far from 7-Eleven. The staff are kind and can help you at any time. Instructions to use the facilities and your room are well articulated. A New Testament NKJV bible along Teaching of Budda was available in my room that had both English and Japanese translation.

A great motel. close to the venue we were there to participate in a sporting event. Close to stores,

breakfast was excellent. Good variety. Tasty.

Cons:

would have liked to have been with our friends in the main building instead of the annex.

Pros:

つくば出張では大概のところへ行きやすいです。
アメニティやハード面などの取り扱いはいわゆる昔ながらのホテルで、安くはないが分かりやすいサービスです。

Cons:

フロントが1階にあることが最初は分かりにくい。
エアコンの設定温度の変え方が分からなかった。
