Alba in marzo
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, staff gentile e proattivo. Appartamento bello, ampio, accogliente, pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Il riscaldamento a convettori è un po' rumoroso

Disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff (per l'orario di check-in e in generale per lo scambio di informazioni).
Posizione ottima, appartamento ampio e con tutto l'essenziale (anche per cucinare)

Cons:

È un edificio storico, quindi molto bello e luminoso, con soffitti alti. Però la conseguenza è che:
- il riscaldamento funziona bene ma ovviamente è difficile regolarlo alla perfezione su una data temperatura (ci sono fluttuazioni nel corso della giornata);
- gli scuri in legno fuori dalla finestra avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione.

Bom! Localização excelente
Pros:

Localização, é bem no início do centro histórico. Funcionárias extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas.

Cons:

Café da manhã muito simples, um croissant (ou pedaço de pizza) e um café espresso e mais nada. Não tem água, ovos, nem frutas.
Além disso, num frio de temperaturas negativas, simplesmente desligam o aquecedor de madrugada e vc passa um frio de não poder sair de baixo dos cobertores, pois o piso não é aquecido (piso frio), sem tapetes. O sistema de aquecimento é centralizado e programado pra desligar. Você não consegue religar sozinho.
Não lembro se consta no anúncio mas tem que subir 4 lances de escadas para chegar ao primeiro andar de apartamentos, sem elevador.

Spacious apartment in Alba with good location.
Pros:

Huge kitchen/living room area, separate bedroom, separate closet. Everything you need for a holiday. The location is very close to the train station and to everything in Alba. Supermarket and grocery/hardware store downstairs makes it very convenient. The best part is the staff persons. Very warm and sweet and they make you feel like home.

Cons:

Nothing really but the lack of elevator is a pain for people with heavy luggage.
