Better than you might expect in Winslow!
Pros:

Delightful yet quirky historic hotel does a great job of everything but it is right on a really busy rail line, done prepared for that. The associated art museum is pretty remarkable. The owner’s art which is every where is weird.

Cons:

Noisy ac and heavy train traffic interfered with sleep.

Fabulous old hotel with lots of charm and history
Pros:

Everything was so lovely , room was great , whirlpool bath was great, bed and pillows comforting.
Outside sitting area was nice.

Was cool having the train station right behind the hotel

Cons:

Would have liked to stay longer, sadly we didn’t eat in the turquoise dining room as didn’t like anything on the menu

I left my toiletry bag behind and was called. So grateful and thankful to get it back! Wonderful customer service!

A nice historic property that was lovingly restored. Full of history and worth the trip.
Pros:

Beautifully restored historic property; that's why we went.

Cons:

The mattress was hard and old plumbing in the vanity was visible and in need of repair; a simple fix with a faux cover as once you saw it, you couldn't unsee it.

This very historic hotel was interesting but the front door really needs to be repainted.
Pros:

I liked the gardens. The restaurant was nice. The lobby was very large and well furnished and comfortable to sit in.

Cons:

There were too many dogs everywhere on leashes. I didn’t want to stay in a room dogs had stayed in before but there was no way for me to know. Our room felt a bit small.

Pros:

Did not eat breakfast there . Loved the coffee.! Would be great if there was a light breakfast included . Have the pasties next to coffee to purchase or be included . Then you could take outside to enjoy the trains and early morning weather.

Stunning historic property on Route 66
Pros:

Stunning historical property with lovely, comfortable rooms, unique period common spaces, gardens, book shop, art gallery, award-winning restaurant, bar, and large upscale gift-shop. I loved everything about it!

Cons:

I wish it had a pool.

Pros:

One of our favorite things to do is sit in the chairs outside in the evening and watch the trains go by.
The entire property is very special, and don’t miss the museum!

Beautiful hotel loved it
Pros:

Beautiful hotel rooms are beautifully decorated large clean beds are great nice towels etc. The grounds are wonderful the artwork is amazing. Would stay here again.

Cons:

There is some train noise but air conditioner was great white noise.
