Brookshire Inn & Suites

Got there and they are remodeling. My husband I came for a concert. Never been there will not go back!!

Staff was super friendly. They were under renovations but that didn’t really affect our stay. Room was quiet and very clean.

I stayed in 2024 for the same festival, Hillbilly Days, as this years stay. This hotel was renovating in '24 and it just got worse. In a year nothing got better, only worse. I picked up the phone to call the front desk regarding USB connections in the room-there were none, my phone was not connected to the wall, no connection to the outside world or the front desk!!!! The Breakfast area was a hotel room with a pitiful selection to choose from. The room that was routinely the lounging area and the breakfast area were being jackhammered with debris everywhere, some into the lobby area making it a dangerous environment to walk through. WHAT A MESS, HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!

They were remodeling but the room was great. Especially housekeeping, Sharlene, very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. They atarted spray painting at 8:30 a.m. that smelled so bad.

Great location and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was nice but my TV didn't work and the reply was I've had several complaints, but our technician isn't in and I can't leave the desk. That was not an acceptable response especially if several people had a problem. Should have contacted the manager to get someone out. Hotel was under renovation but rooms weren't real clean either.

The was big and spacious room. Because it was a festive week. I had to take a King size room, and it was big we were able to use an air mattress to help the bed issue. They gave us extra towels. They were remolding and this did not seem to mess anything. They still serve Breakfast the best they could

First impression was not good. Renovations on first floor and where not advised of this

The hotel was under construction which was fine as our room was newly remodeled, but I booked a room with two king-size beds and the hotel doesn't have 2 king-size bed rooms. We had to share one bed. The lady at the desk was very nice and said she would get a refund for me today. I hope that will work.

Well our room wasn’t ready when we checked in. So they sent us upstairs anyway and we had to stand in the hallway while they cleaned the room. The cleaning staff was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience. They were under renovation, So the lobby was a bit of a mess. Our room once cleaned was very nice. Except there was no coffee pot in the room which I thought was usually standard. I definitely would give them a 4 rating, even with the inconvenience. Close to several restaurants and stores.

The hotel was close to Appalachian Wireless Arena very convenient

Have stayed here many times , under reconstruction currently. Gentleman at desk is always prompt and courteous .

The fire alarms would not stop going off all the time during the stay.

I love it!!!

Walking distance to plenty of shops. Room is really clean.

Breakfast was convenient

Front desk was really nice and helpful wasn’t sure why the room I stayed in with a king size bed was more then a room with two beds and a lot nicer.

Bathroom sink and tub was stopped up by hair. Toilet had urine in it.

Good location staff was friendly
