As loyal returning guests, this experience was incredibly disappointing.
We arrived and completed our stay as planned, only to later discover we had been charged for an unused night tied to an apparent reservation date discrepancy. At no point during check-in was this brought to our attention or clarified by staff, despite our arrival date making the issue obvious.
What is most frustrating is not simply the charge itself—it’s the complete unwillingness to apply common sense or show any flexibility for repeat customers. We understand policies exist, but good customer service should allow for reasonable review of situations that clearly do not reflect actual use of the room.
Instead of feeling valued as returning guests, we felt dismissed and treated as though policy mattered more than fairness.
We had stayed here previously and expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly changed our perception and makes us question whether we would return or recommend this property to others.

The air in the room wasn't keeping up. It stayed 75 degrees in the room all night with the thermostat set at 70 degrees. Not a comfortable sleeping night.
There for a golf get away, The hotel set us up with excellent golf venues each of the four days. The hotel rooms were clean and roomy. the staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant options in the hotel/casino was a disappointment. Not much of a choice a buffet or a so-so bar restaurant.
Minimal warm water in the shower. People in the hallway at night being loud. One guest was beating loudly on a door late at night trying to get back into their room, likely alcohol was involved.

The room was 69 degrees and that was a little cool for me, but I couldn’t get the thermostat to increase the temperature.
Shower was flooding all of bathroom.
Our room was very clean and large. We had a double queen room. Plenty of towels, shampoo, lotion, etc. We used the pool and hot tub. Hot tub could use some defoamer but it was nice. The pool was perfect temperature for us. There were towels available in the pool area, too. The desk clerk was very friendly and informative. We'd never stayed there before and she pointed out things that might interest us.
The entrance to the hotel is quite far from parking. There's not a great drop off area. There are plenty of carts, but if you are a person with limited mobility, you would have quite the walk from your car to the hotel check in and then to your room. Not sure why there's such a huge sidewalk area between the parking lot/driveway and the doors. Kinda silly if you ask me.
OK, first off let me say you can get your wheelchair into the room and you can get your wheelchair into the bathroom and shower. That’s pretty much where the accessibility begins and ends. Couple major drawbacks if you are wheelchair bound, and you cannot stand or walk without help you will not be able to shower or sleep on the bed. The average height of a wheelchair seat with a cushion is about 15 to 17 inches from the floor as you can see in the photos the beds are 26 inches high. And their soft tops so there’s nothing for for you to even be able to put your hands on and lift yourself up if you have that good upper body strength. Now I’m not talking about people that can stand up on their own or they can walk on their own. I’m talking about anti paraplegic paralyzed folks. They cannot use their legs. Also some rooms have a shower chair, which are very wobbly and dangerous other rooms have a shower benches, which are great. Except for the showerhead on the flexible handle it’s about 3 feet higher than what you can reach setting on the bench and the body wash conditioner and shampoo are located in such an and the body wash conditioner and shampoo are located in such a spot that you can’t reach those from the bench, again see photos. So these rooms are not fully accessible for Wheelchair bound people. Voice the rooms are very nice little hard to wheel on the carpet but best to be expected. There is plenty of room to move your wheelchair around inside of the room. It’s just that the bed and actually the shower are not accessible to those of us that cannot stand or walk
Loved the casino! So many awesome games to play. Clean and smoke free! Our room was okay….hope to return one day.

Hotel carpets are very dirty. Dated and dark rooms. bed toppers not clean. Bathroom very clean.
