Pros:

Posizione ottima metro e bus a pochi passi, camera pulita e di dimensioni ampie per gli standard della città, (a parte la vista dalla camera che era sul muro di fronte) Colazione abbastanza fornita, da migliorare la qualità del pane e della parte dolce Deposito bagagli disponibile gratuitamente. Al mattino caffè disponibile nella hall. Staff gentile.

Cons:

La porta scorrevole del bagno che non si chiudeva bene, il soffione della doccia fisso.

This was our first family holiday to New York, it was an amazing experience that will go down as one of our best holiday
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. Really accessible to all the main attractions. Times Square is a five-minute walk. There are many subway stations close by to help get around New York.

Cons:

The beds are too soft for our liking.

bed bugs - stay away!
Cons:

I got bed bugs during my stay, the most annoying of NY experiences. The hotel claimed this was not possible because they had the room checked, however I had pictures and evident signs of bites all over my body. I didn't receive any support nor compensation - what an awful service, never again! definitely not what one would expect from a chain like hilton

Great week in NYC Hilton
Pros:

Great location just off fifth Avenue. Helpful and friendly staff. Snacks and essentials available for purchase in the lobby. Comfy bed large bathroom. Individually changeable thermostats, microwave, small fridge, ice machine in building, good tv stations.

Cons:

I wish the window could open just a tiny bit. It’s been sealed shut.
