Great location and comfortable beds
Pros:

The location is excellent, 2 minutes and you’re on 5th avenue, 5 minutes from the subway station. The beds are v comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff. I appreciated the free coffee corner at the reception every morning. The coffee machine in the room didnt work though.

Great location, nice room, exceptional staff.
Pros:

Staff was very responsive and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but since we were only there to sleep and shower it was acceptable, especially in NYC.
