Es un hotel bien ubicado y limpio
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y cuando salís a la mañana hay 1 máquina de café para llevarte si queres gratis, además el baño es muy espacioso. Te cambian la toallas todos los días. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

2 o 3 veces limpiaron el cuarto a las 18 hs. Muy tarde para mi gusto pero lo hicieron!

Excelente hotel no coração de Manhattan.

Excelente hotel, check-in super fácil, quartos amplos e confortáveis, boas camas, bom chuveiro e itens muito funcionais.

Pros:

Great location, a few blocks from Times Square. We were scared that it would be noisy, but no, it was quiet in the room so we could rest. The staff was very nice always helping us with our requests. Highly recommended!

Complete disappointment. Ridiculously small and poorly laid out rooms.
Pros:

Not much tbh……Hotel was clean and the towels were nice and soft but the shower was difficult to get the right temperature, (so beware with kids) and would have benefited from being more powerful .

Cons:

The rooms were ridiculously small. Stayed here some years go and the rooms were larger - assuming they reduced the size when they refurbished to get more rooms in. Had to walk sideways at side of bed. Only one bedside cabinet between two. Poor lighting, really dim and poorly laid out. Microwave provided at expense of wardrobe space (seems crazy to have one in NYC) Office chair too large for space, kept tripping over legs as they stuck out into the narrow walkway at the foot of the beds. Nowhere to move it to as room so small. Aircon was uneven….cold near bed it was situated by and ok farther away. It was also noisy. USB chargers did not work. No bottle opener available from reception/housekeeping or in room. Floppy pillows. Beds not usual Hilton standard and very small (lucky we only had one person per bed). No decent mirrors and no plugs near mirrors. Nowhere to stash suitcases..didn’t fit under bed and only one stool to put 1 case on and given the wardrobe was too small to hang clothes up,(mostly taken up with microwave, fridge, ironing board and safe), leaving cases open with clothes in not do-able as cases had nowhere to go! Whoever designed these rooms has clearly never stayed in them…all very impractical and rather oppressive. I would not stay here again

הריח בחדר ומהמזגן לא טוב, מיטות וכריות לא נוחות, רעש מאתר בניה בקרבת המלון גם באמצע הלילה! זה ממש הרס לנו את החוויה והקשה עלינו לישון.
