Naprosto úžasné
Pros:

Snídaně byly úžasné,a zaměstnanci byli neuvěřitelně laskavý a milí,krásné prostředí hotelu a skvělý bazén s masážními tryskami a bonus terasa s výhledem na hrad, prostě nádhera kterou musíte navštívit .

הצוות אדיב בצורה לא רגילה..ורמת הניקיון מהגבוהות ביותר. מגבות מפנקות, החלפה יומית.
יש בריכה וג'קוזי, וארוחת בוקר שלא השתמשנו בה..

לא דרמטי - אבל אין קומקום ואין תנור. מטבחון קצת קטן.
המיקום מצוין מבחינה הקירבה לעיר וחנייה בשפע, אבל קצת הליכה לתחנת אוטובוס הקרובה.

Pros:

Wat hebben wij een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Hotel Italia! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. Bij iedere binnenkomst werden we vriendelijk begroet en het personeel was gedurende ons hele verblijf hartelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij.

De kamers waren netjes en werden iedere middag weer keurig opgemaakt; een luxe die we erg konden waarderen. Ook de cappuccino was heerlijk en absoluut een aanrader. Daarnaast vonden we de afwassetjes die beschikbaar werden gesteld een verrassend attent detail.

Het zwembad en de jacuzzi waren een enorme meerwaarde. Na een dag in de omgeving van Arco was het heerlijk om daar te ontspannen.

Kortom: een hotel waar aan alles is gedacht en waar gastvrijheid echt centraal staat. Wij hebben enorm genoten en komen met veel plezier nog eens terug. Een absolute aanrader!
