Nice hotel that's convenient to downtown. The area is safe and very clean. The room we had was clean new and spacious with all the amenities.
The breakfast that we had everyday was absolutely delicious! Included with our stay every day. Fresh waffles and eggs 💕

Location, close to my relatives home.
1) Additional fee hold at check-in $793.61 I had paid in full before arrival.
2) Never cleaned my room during the 10 days stay.
3) Had to beg for clean towels
4) Had to beg for toilet paper
5) Breakfast, too much cheese! Allergic. On eggs every morning! Yuk!
This was my 4th visit, I was appalled this time.
Floor was sticky and soap packet had been opened and soap was slightly used. Don't trust the cleaning was as it should be. They seem very understaffed.

Clean and comfortable. The cleaning stuff was great. The front desk staff came across as bothered from check-in until check-out. The last guy to help me was great!
The management
Breakfast is a star of the show here. Two flavors of waffles, two different hot entrees, four General Mills cereal choices, three juice choices -- all in a clean, spacious, well-furnished, welcoming dining room with ample seating. I'll also give credit for the well-packed pantry of items for purchase near the front desk. The room was large and clean. We chose the two-queen-beds, one-king bed, one-bedroom suite -- which came at a great price. The living room also had a sofa and ottoman, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and a large L-shaped desk. The separate bedroom was sparsely furnished but offered plenty of space.
Could hear everything outside and in.
This is a clean hotel with really friendly staff. My only complaint is our room smelled of smoke, especially the bathroom. It wasn’t enough to make us leave and I know this hotel is all non-smoking now, but the rooms have definitely been smoked in previously. Just something to consider if traveling with kids or allergy sensitivities.
TV never worked right. Had an ad popping up in the corner the whole time. Staff didn't know how to fix it so just had to deal with it.
