* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Cuando solicite un arreglo de la habitacion para mi pareja aun cuando yo queria asumir el precio, no me lo acepto y la vista al mar no cumplio mis expactivas
La terraza y la vista excelente
El horario de cierre de la pisicina es muy temprano y la terraza es muy temprano Vs el bar y aprovechando la excelente vista de la terraza, debería ser hasta el mismo horario del bar, para disfrutar más de este lindo espacio del hotel.

Hotel com boa acomodações. Café muito bom, funcionários atenciosos.
Check in demorado propositalmente, funcionários não receptivos, serviço muito vagaroso. Funcionários insuficientes pra atender esta etapa.
El tamaño del cuarto y la comodidad de la cama. La ubicacion es excelente. El desayuno buenisimo!
El lugar para desayunar, muy cerrado, sin ventanas y ruidoso
Estuvimos en una pieza triple súper cómoda y amplia. Esta frente a una linda playa extensa con muchos kioskos para comer y beber. Ahora es lejos de los puntos de interés de Río por ello es una excelente opción para descansar del ruido y la gente, pues su playa es linda, limpia y muy amplia. Ipanema por ejemplo está a unos 18 km.
Único que puedo criticar es que el WIFI funcionaba muy bien en la pieza pero no en las zonas comunes.
La atención del personal, la seguridad que se siente en todo momento ante cualquier duda, la habitación estupenda con una cama grande comodisima, buenas sábanas y toallas, excelente el desayuno. No le falta nada! Volvería sin dudarlo.
