For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Creo que un punto que definitivamente debería mejorar es el gimnasio. El tamaño y calidad del gimnasio no se condice con el tamaño y embergadura del hotel.

Somente tomadas 220v, iluminação do quarto, internet caindo, fila quilométrica no check-in, nenhum interesse em liberar o quarto antes das 15hs.

Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação referente ao check-in realizado neste último fim de semana.
Nossa reserva havia sido feita e paga para um quarto duplo superior. Entretanto, no momento do check-in, o atendente Gustavo nos entregou inicialmente um quarto da categoria standard, sem qualquer explicação sobre a diferença em relação à acomodação reservada.
Antes de subirmos, percebi a divergência e retornei à recepção para questionar o ocorrido. A situação me causou bastante desconforto, pois, caso eu não tivesse conferido a categoria indicada, poderíamos ter permanecido em um quarto inferior, apesar de termos pago por uma acomodação superior.
Entendo que falhas operacionais podem ocorrer, mas considero especialmente inadequado que uma alteração para categoria inferior seja feita sem aviso prévio, justificativa ou consentimento do hóspede. Gostaria, portanto, de receber um esclarecimento sobre o motivo dessa ocorrência e de deixar formalmente registrado o meu descontentamento, para que situações semelhantes não voltem a acontecer.
