* According to art. 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, accommodations of minors under 18 requires the accompaniment of a parent or legal representative. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate as well as written authorization from those responsible and authenticated by a notary.
* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Sem proteção na piscina
Petit déjeuner super, piscine très bien, le lit aussi tout est plutôt pas mal mais il manque du personnel qui parle anglais. Aussi plus d’informations sur l’hôtel à l’arrivée par exemple que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable, comment accéder a la plage ? Est-ce qu’il y a un espace réservé pour les résidents de l’hôtel ?
Plus de personnels qui maîtrisent l’anglais, ajouter des fontaines à eau dans les étages

El internet era bastante malo, la tele no estaba conectada al wifi
The location was great and near to Barra beach and resturants.
The rooms were clean and the pool had a good view over the beach and ocean. The breakfast was also very good but not great comparing to other top hotels.
The lunch food quality was disappointing. You’re better off dining elsewhere, as there are many restaurants near Barra Beach Street that offer much higher-quality meals.
Entendo que o café da manhã para os hóspedes, quando vendido separado da hospedagem, poderiam ter um valor menor, mas serve como elogio a opção que dão do café colonial, mas que só começa às 08h, ou seja, não atende quem acorda cedo ou tem compromisso.
