Foi uma estadia muito tranquila e agradável. O ambiente é organizado, com limpeza impecável, e a localização do hotel é excelente, próxima a restaurantes e cafés. Os recepcionistas são prestativos, educados e estão sempre à disposição para atender com cordialidade. O serviço de quarto também é muito eficiente e de ótima qualidade. Recomendo a hospedagem pela excelente estrutura e pelo atendimento diferenciado.

1. O ramal do quarto 1457 não estava funcionando.
2. Pelo valor da reserva poderiam ter incluído uma pequena máquina de café no quarto.
3. Achamos o banheiro com pouca iluminação.
4. Os preços do buffet, as refeições, poderiam estar como opções de inclusão nas reservas no Booking.
5. No Booking não há informações de que o estacionamento é pago a parte. Em outras experiências, o estacionamento já está incluído na reserva.
