Very Not Canadain Experience.
Pros:

They were over booked and then made all these excuses, the stay didn't happen.

Cons:

The staff was slow, rude & didn't belong in the hospitality industry.

Short but Sweet
Pros:

We arrived very late and basically just went to bed and had a very comfortable sleep.The morning breakfast was very good with several choices. I'm GF so appreciated being able to eat the eggs and bacon without worry. I wished they had GF bread choice but didn't see that even though they had a number of items such as muffins, waffles, fruit and yogurt.

Cons:

While we were away we left our vehicle there. The charge was more than what we expected especially when it was outside in the parking lot with no cover. We did appreciate the convenience though, and were picked up and brought back by the shuttle service free of charge.

Great place to stay, free breakfast, relaxing pool and very nice staff.
Pros:

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free and was very good compared to other facilities. The hot tub and pool was very relaxing and a much needed treat.
