Staff were great and very helpful. Especially the receptionist cam at front desk
Staff and location where amazing
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room
Great location, friendly staff, bargain price for a short stay. Close to all local attractions. For £2 per bag you could store your belongings after check out.
The room was spacious and comfortable and relatively quiet considering it's in the city centre. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing we didn't like, however, it would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room for a cuppa.
Location
The rooms had no double glazing and there are bars over the street with loud music. You go to a hotel to sleep.
Rude staff who didn't care, no compassion or empathy, not bothered aslong as they were getting paid. No more rooms left.
The rooms very minimal with facilities no kettle, no bedside lamp even
The rooms have no central heating, they have a plug in radiator which could be dangerous. Plus very cold in the winter with laminated flooring and no double glazing
The bathroom has a glass door
No wardrobe even 3 hangers on the wall where you can put your coats. This is a,twin room
Awful looking out of my window onto scaffolding, Room 126 should not of been in use or for minimal cost.
Sad to hear that when I approached the staff they said not all the rooms could hear the music, its sad I got the short straw, when travelling around 100 miles.
Location
Not as clean as I expected it to be.
Location and value for money
The choice of beers
Nothing everything was exceptional
Was in the center of the city, close to the Main Attractions.
Was very Basic/ but also cheap
The location
Too small too basic .
Trying to find the ironing room was a nightmare and complicated
No tea coffee facilities in the room
Definitely not value for the money
Great location
Room very small, overlooking bins which were emptied late at night by the bars so very noisy.
Didn't really affect us as we were still awake but could cause issues for some. People running about corridors at night too.
I liked the location of the hotel and the comfort at a good price.
Well I know I paid for a room without a window and it was the first time I had that. At first I couldn't get the right temperature at night and I woke up hot in the middle of the night but then I reset the Aircon and it was perfect
The guy at reception was brilliant. My train was very delayed and communication with the hotel was excellent.
It's location is really good right in the centre, 15 minutes walk from Limestreet Station, a couple of minutes from St James Street Underground Station and maybe 5 minutes from the ferry.
I had booked a double bed, at least I believed I had, and what I got was 2 single beds.
It was really late, I was tired and I was only staying the one night so it wasn't a nightmare.
