Turn right onto Commutation Row, left onto Churchill Way/A57 and follow A57 round into Dale Street. Turn left onto Castle Street and the hotel is on your left - there is a loading bay outside. Good location, space and cleanliness for the price. Staff really friendly and helpful.
A little noisy with it being Friday night and so close by to some bars and restaurants, my room (105) was positioned right at the windows onto the close through way which is where the noise came from , people walking between the two streets.

The location is best thing about the property
The room was freezing, we had an plug in electrical raditor that did absolutely nothing. The mattresses were like cardboard.

Ellie and Oyinda on reception were pleasant and nothing too much trouble for Ellie.
Luke on reception. He was my first interaction and was sarcastic and condescending. He thought he was a comedian but was unprofessional and not at all an appealing manner. The hotel was a bit of a maze and lots of outside noise, ear plugs help.

The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain but for the price this was a minor issue

Close to where I needed to be and staff where great
The lift was broken and I was on the top floor level 5 .
Not the staffs fault be inconvenient having to walk up 5 flights of stairs.
