Turn right onto Commutation Row, left onto Churchill Way/A57 and follow A57 round into Dale Street. Turn left onto Castle Street and the hotel is on your left - there is a loading bay outside. Location and ease of access.
Depending on position of room, it can be a little noisy.
Location was great, bed comfortable.
No tea/ coffee facilities or water available in the room. Safe was broken. No lock for bathroom door.

El hotel por dentro es un laberinto, es complicado encontrar la habitación.
Hay un pub debajo y desde las 21h hasta las 3-4 de la mañana la gente de fiesta y gritando en la calle. Es imposible dormir ahí si vas en fin de semana. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

Something charming and elegant about this old downtown Liverpool hotel with its maze of corridors. I would return for a repeat stay.
The location., you can walk evrerywhere, including towards the bustours. In the same street of the hotel you have restaurants and a small supermarket. Our room was just great for one night. Clean.

The bathroom had no hand towel so had to use the shower towel. The door is also glass and had a hole in it so had to be mindful of your companion when they went to the bathroom
The bed was comfortable and for my son the TV working and having Netflix was really good
There was nosie as people where coming home it wasnt an issue you expect this just we had a room directly facing the stair well some residents were loud coming home but it wouldn't put me off staying again

The room lacked a small refrigerator for storing water or snacks.
It would also have been much more convenient if the room had a kettle.
