Directions: Follow M62, M58 or A580 to Liverpool. On reaching the city, continue on Bowring Park/A5080, leading into Edge Lane/A5047. Turn right onto Commutation Row, left onto Churchill Way/A57 and follow A57 round into Dale Street. Turn left onto Castle Street and the hotel is on your left - there is a loading bay outside. For parking information you can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

comfortable bed
Great location
I’d say the room was clean and tidy and was peaceful. It came as what we expected a bed and bathroom and just enough space for 2 people.
Main thing that I didn’t like about the property was the pillows on the bed they weren’t that comfortable and there was only one each maybe we could’ve asked for another but didn’t think at the time, we only noticed when we eventually went sleep.
That it was in the town centre the hotel

Perfect location. Easy to walk to places. The air-con took the edge off the warmth in the room. A couple of the staff took time to look up from their computers in the time I stayed there to say good morning/ hello when I walked past.
The music across the street until 10pm. I shut the window and it was still unbelievably loud. The pillows were lumpy and hard and only a little more comfortable than sliding a rock into a pillowcase might be.

We read the reviews beforehand. Therefore, we knew there were no fridges in room - so we brought ice and a bucket!
WE knew there were only 2 pillows so we asked for more when checking in and they were promptly delivered to the room.
A fridge in the room would be good but we managed without one.
I liked how the two young lads who was helpful and got another room for me as the room I was given at first was filthy, but the new one was also not cleaned properly so I left
Rude receptionist who was more bothered about her phone than her actual job.
Excellent value for money
Location, price, value for money, clean and comfortable
Nothing much to dislike. Little bit noisy due to the location of the room and outside seating for bar and restaurant, but it shut at a reasonable hour so no great upheaval. Still slept well.
La camera era piccola per due persone. Mancava lo spazio per mettere le valigie. Le finestre avrebbero bisogno di tende più grandi perché entra tantissima luce!!
The location was good, great reception did drinks and snacks, staff were great though.
Bed was a small double, some pillows and mattress rock hard!

Staff were lovely. Location was right in the middle of the city, really close to the sea front and next to a load of restaurants. For £30 a night it was a good stay, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Clean rooms.
I got a room with a window overlooking the Main Street, was kinda loud at night with cars and lorry’s, but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix.
A fridge would have been nice but again for the price, I can’t really complain

O quarto apresentava condições de limpeza bastante insatisfatórias. O ar-condicionado estava visivelmente cheio de poeira, assim como a cortina, que acumulava sujeira do topo à base. O box do banheiro também estava em mau estado, com o ralo entupido, o que fez com que um banho de apenas dois minutos quase causasse transbordamento devido ao acúmulo de água. A fechadura da porta estava quebrada e não trancava a porta adequadamente o que nos causou a sensação de insegurança.
