Directions: Follow M62, M58 or A580 to Liverpool. On reaching the city, continue on Bowring Park/A5080, leading into Edge Lane/A5047. Turn right onto Commutation Row, left onto Churchill Way/A57 and follow A57 round into Dale Street. Turn left onto Castle Street and the hotel is on your left - there is a loading bay outside. For parking information you can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Couldn't fault anything great location easy to access
From the staff to the location
Clean and all basics provided
No soap in shower. No kettle in room.
It was quirky to try find the room.
The cleanliness wasnt great the AC unit was filthy and covered in dust, the bathroom fan was the same. The rooms don’t come with hand towels (we asked at reception). There was no hair drier in the room. There was a very loud noise coming from outside all night.

I booked a stay here for 23rd December to 24th December, despite having photo I.D I did not have my passport, so was refused entry, I've submitted emails amd rang to spk to management to get refund, no emails have been answered and everything I've rang, no manager is around.
Staff at desk even passed on notes or email address to no avail, extremely Dissatisfied with the lack of communication.

Just a basic room no brew stuff to make a brew, overpriced for what it was
Location was perfect, 5 mins away from Liverpool 1 and Albert Docks with plenty of restaurants and bars around.
Our door into our room wouldn’t lock properly, bathroom door couldn’t lock. Tv didn’t work in our room and the hair dryer didn’t work.

De locatie, leuk straatje met restaurantjes, winkels vlakbij en ook de Albert Dock goed aan te lopen.
Het was heel koud. De airco blies koude lucht en was niet goed in te stellen. Gelukkig waren er dikke gordijnen, die hielden nog wat kou buiten.

Friendly staff, clean room. No frills but great value for the price. Was very useful they have an arrangement with nearby NCP car park which brought the cost of parking down. A lot.

The fire alarm went off at 7am, there were people leaving but no clear direction. We questioned this on checkout and there was a leak that caused it to go off.
Broken pieces of furniture in the bedroom and plug in sink was broke so the basin filled up and the water would not drain.
