Amazing Value for Money Stay!
Pros:

Super Townhouse OAK Regal Inn (near Sant Tukaram Nagar Metro Station) was an amazing value-for-money stay. I was immensely surprised and thankful for the secure covered parking in the middle of Pune’s bustling Tukaram Nagar Metro Station area. Secure parking was a huge win and one of my main concerns after driving through Pune’s peak-hour traffic.

The location and the hotel itself were great—in fact, it had everything I was looking for. There are plenty of eateries around, including two located right in the hotel building (one being a dedicated biryani spot). If you are looking for upscale food and drinks, Hotel Keys is just a short walk away. Everything you might need is within walking distance: stationery shops, printing/scanning services, and even a few good salons (I got a great haircut and grooming at a very reasonable price). The local residents and shopkeepers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is also an auto-rickshaw stand nearby if you don’t feel like walking.

My room had all the necessary amenities and was quite spacious. Both the room and the bathroom were clean, offering hot water, ample storage, and mirrors. While the lighting was a bit dim, I actually enjoyed the cozy ambience. The bed was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I slept comfortably. TV and Wi-Fi were also provided. I didn't need to interact with the staff much, but everything was well-managed. Overall, the room, stay, and location were top-notch. I highly recommend it to fellow travelers—budget-friendly and great value!

A big credit goes to OYO for making this possible. Back in 2016, during a road trip from Bangalore to Kashmir, OYO’s affordable stays were the only reason a trip like that was viable on my modest income. OYO met my basic travel needs then and continues to do so now. It was a true travel innovation that made exploring India accessible and affordable for everyday people.

Cons:

For me it was a pleasant value for money stay. No complaints.

Not recommended for anyone travelling besides spouse.
Pros:

No Kitchen available.

Cons:

Very small rooms. Extreamly small Toilet and bathroom. The worst is that the toilet door was a frosted glass door through which every thing inside the toilet was visible in the room. This creates a very uncomfortable situation when the room partner is not your spouse.

Only go there when last option needed and make sure to call police if they misbehave because you are already unsafe here

There was nothing to like, most importantly staff

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms because we were 2 boys and 2 girls and went there for a stay for our birthday friend. They denied checkin and started calling my female friends as call girl, finally had to call police and get him arrested. This is very unsafe property.
