Nice facilities,friendly and helpful team . Eventhough the property is away from the city, that itself is an advantage to escape from the noise and busy of the town. Breakfast was good and the dinner at the restaurant was fine.

Lot of mosquitos in bathroom. Food choice is limited, hotel don't allow food by swggy or zomato.
Room service telephoned me in midnight to take my signature on bill. Could not sleep well.
I ordered Maggi but the taste was useless.
Poor connectivity.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standards that I have come to expect from a hotel of your caliber.

I felt that my complaints were not taken seriously and that my comfort as a guest was not a priority.

From start to finish every aspect of our stay was brilliant.Food was absolutely amazing and the manager Mr Arun Choudhary along with his team were so helpful,cheerful and accommodating.Well done to all the concerned,it was really a great pleasure staying here.Overall the experience was excellent would definitely visit again in future.

It's an excellent hotel with good food, effecient staff with good service Mr Arjun Choudhary manager was very helpful and cooperative in each and every way, rooms were very near and tidy hotel ambeience is also good 👍definitely looking forward to visit again. 24 hours service not only from reception but also from house keeping.

We had an amazing stay. The staff is very courteous and the property is very clean and well managed.
Hotel has a big swimming pool and lot of place for additional activities.

Excellent Hotel with Good Quality Food and very Cooperative and Friendly Staff. Definitely a must stay at place if visiting Gandhidham. The surrounding nature gives a sense of calm and serenity and a very relaxed place to unwind after a tiring day

We had booked 7 rooms here for a business trip for the team. Right from the booking, Mr Shubham was very helpful; The checkin was done super fast at the counter as there was a travel immediately after checking in.

Food was good and service excellent. A spontaneous request for a conference haal was immediately actioned.

Not only Excellent hotel but best culture, most dedicated team member, Excellent food.
They treat guest as family members. Martha and Savitri both are outstanding team member who know how ro retain guests. Best of luck and see you soon.

Quality Inn Palms may be considered a hotel for businessmen. Not so! We were two women on a stay of 8 days and we enjoyed every minute. The rooms were comfortable, the grounds fabulous, and the staff very friendly and attentive. It's a really relaxing oasis and the food is excellent too! Highly recommended for travelers to Kutch!

Excellent stay with Value for Money along with great ambience amid their widely spread out greenery. Cleanliness is also good. Courteous staff. Food quality is also good. They have got a couple of restraunts & breakfast is complimentary.

Quality inn palms in Anjar, is a best resort to stay for. The rooms, garden, pool are very beautiful and there have brilliant stuff. I liked the breakfast, and quality inn palms special ice cream. Over all it was a very good stay for family and friends

I am writing this review after staying here for 3 days in this most amazing Resort. All of the staff are well dressed, friendly and always very kind to you. The room was very clean with all the services you need that are available in the room itself. The restaurant and Quality of food was up to mark. This resort has a swimming pool, gym and play zone etc.

At last if you are planning to stay, I would highly recommend having a visit to this hotel.

I want to say just 3 words "Absolutely Awesome Experience".

Visited this amazing property for a friend’s birthday gathering and trust me this place is the best in town. It is a pet friendly resort and the staff members are well dressed, well mannered and very co-operative. The restaurant and the cafeteria inside the resort provides different lip smacking cuisines.The rooms are spacious and the soothing lights and chandelier brightens up the relaxing mood.
Bathrooms are clean and all necessary toiletries are provided.
Evenings inside the resort can be a stress buster with a cup of hot coffee as it has a great view covered by the palm trees, and a lovely swimming pool and soothing dim lights.
Overall, Quality Inn Palms can be a perfect spot if you are planning for a stay with family or friends with absolute safety.
