Pros:

Местонахождение. Удобная кровать. Отличный персонал. Каждый день подарки. Полностью оборудованная комната. Уборка каждый день.

Cons:

Из-за урагана отключилось электричество во всех комнатах кроме коридоров и лобби на сутки. Но это произошло во всей округе, так что претензии только к погоде.

Staff were kind and provided water and granola bars. However, with all local restaurants closed due to the storm Marriot
Pros:

Perfect location for our needs in attending a wedding.

Cons:

Due to the Kona low storm we had no power for 2 days and as a result no amenities such as pool or hot tub and the worst was no hot showers. I feel like a partial refund should be due. Or a discounted future stay.

A mediocre hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

A rain storm was expected and the hotel had a lot of games for kids to play. The staff friendliness was a mixed bag, some were very nice and professional, but some were the exact opposite. The swimming pool was small but nice and the staff there exceptional. Location next to the cultural center is ideal, if you plan to visit.

Cons:

In the morning no free coffee. $4 for a cup of coffee out of a thermos. Free WiFi was not free even though it was so advertised, television was not free although it was advertised as such.

Beautiful view, incredibly friendly staff, Very very clean and beautiful stay!
Pros:

I loved the coconut demonstration "Uncle" Eddie gave! He is so personable and fun to talk to. He didn't even seem to mind that I was the only one there for it at that time. I felt very valued as a guest and person!

Cons:

The Cafe seemed quite expensive for not a lot of food. What we did get tasted okay though.

Cons:

The iron in the closet fell on my husband’s foot when he took out the blanket on the shelf above. The view from the window was onto the highway a few feet away and the pedestrian sidewalk was even closer so anyone passing by could look in. The windows did not open so couldn’t get any fresh air. We could hear the kids running and jumping on the floor above us.
The staff was not very friendly - very much like automats.
They charged extra for parking and for a very simple breakfast, and the room rate was very expensive for the location, facilities and accessories.

Fint hotell men sköna sänga och dålig frukost.
Pros:

Stort rum , härligt poolområde, vacker strand precis på andra sidan vägen. Fantastisk städservice.

Cons:

Frukosten är en katastrof. Du ska beställa från en meny som är prissatt som en restaurang varpå du bara får beställa en sak. Inte ens kaffe ingår.
Gör om! Gör en separat buffé/meny för de gäster som bokat frukostpaketet (som var väldigt dyrt för det man fick) där de kan välja åtminstone tex. yoghurt + ägg + bröd + kall dryck + varmdryck.

Lovely Hotel with good pool and outdoor area but as stated above a bar would be nice!
Pros:

Rom and hotel very good with good sized pool and lovely outdoor seating area. breakfast good but no buffet, order and then Starbucks drinks.

Cons:

Didnt realise it was in a "dry town" a cold beer at the end of a long drive would have been lovely!

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut - Strand, Essensmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Starbucks direkt im Hotel. Ausserdem gibt es Workshops im Hotel (Ukuele, Hula, usw), welche besucht werden können und toll sind.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr kalt und man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen. Wir waren bereits etwas angeschlagen, als wir eingecheckt haben und mit der Kälte im Zimmer wurde dies sehr schnell schlimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr teuer. Das Hotel ist zwar schön und das Personal sehr nett, doch trotzdem finde ich den Preis zu hoch.

Convenient location close to many beautiful beaches and the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Pros:

The hotel is well located close to the Polynesian Cultural Center. This means that there are many food and shopping options within 5 minutes' walk. The pool is very nice and there are fun facilities like a pickeball court, volleyball, basketball etc. Also free cultural activities every day.

Cons:

Limited food options inside the hotel. Also bear in mind, for drinkers, that it is a dry hotel and a dry town so there is no alcohol.
