Super bra service! Jättetrevlig personal ! Sängarna var jättesköna och härlig pool nära till havet . Lugnt och tyst och maten var super!

Pleasant- but needs improvement

The staff there were amazing. Extremely friendly and always there for information.

Sadly though the place itself isn't well maintained. If they are able to get to get on top of this now they can really turn this around.
Swimming pool: the tiles around the edge and the gutter needs to be cleaned daily. The chipped tiles need replacing. And where the tiles meet on the corners on the steps are sharp. This just needs to filed in with a grout.

Bedroom itself is spacious and lovely. The bathroom having the outdoor feeling I like. The concept is 5* however it hasnt been well maintained. Shower head is falling off and there is Mold/ rust on the handles etc. This again needs to be cleaned/ polished everyday. Even when the room is vacant.

If they can get on top of the maintenance work. Repair/ replace the areas that are worn or damaged. Keep on top of work from there this place is 5*. But the work needs to be done now to change it around as I would go back here.

If you could please email me I'd be extremely grateful. I believe I've left a jacket behind. I tried to contact you through the number on the booking email however it doesn't work now I'm back in the UK.

Nice location close to the beach
Pros:

Nice location close to the beach surrounded by jungle. Monkeys in the trees, wild peacock had a visit too. Large pool with limited guests. Management good cooked a couple of meals for us which where enjoyable. At night search for the fire flys through the day enjoy the birds which sing. It's near the railway track, not to close but all of the resorts either face the main road or back on the railway in Hikkaduwa. Well worth a visit if you don't like large complexes.

Perfect!
Pros:

Perfect location close to the beach (5 min) but still off enough to enjoy the local feeling. The service and the staff is 5/5!
