Fijne uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Yala
Pros:

Rustig gelegen in een zijstraat van de hoofdweg, op ca. 30 min. rijden van Yala National Park. Het hotel ligt in een mooie tuin met een groot zwembad. Alles is netjes en goed onderhouden. Zeer fijne bar en aangenaam om er na een bezoek aan Yala even na te genieten. Ontbijt en avondmaal is smakelijk en verzorgd. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en doet zijn uiterste best om je een leuk verblijf te bezorgen.

Cons:

De kamers zijn iets verouderd. Op zich stoorde ons dit niet, maar een kleine opfrisbeurt is misschien aan te bevelen.

Fantastic family hotel.
Pros:

We moved to the Blue Turtle at the last minute after deciding not to stay at our original hotel, and we were made to feel welcome immediately.

The staff were attentive, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They organised our safari for us as well as our onward taxi, which made everything very easy.

The hotel has a lovely open-plan communal area which is perfect for relaxing and having a drink, and the large swimming pool is fantastic and very well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the setting, with peacocks and monitor lizards wandering around the grounds!

The food was also excellent. Everything was cooked to order, with a good choice of Sri Lankan curries, other Asian dishes and Western options.

Our rooms were comfortable and each had its own balcony, fridge and kettle, which were useful additions.

Overall, the Blue Turtle turned out to be an excellent last-minute change of plan. Great pool, good food, lovely surroundings and, most importantly, genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Havre de paix après un safari
Pros:

Hôtel tout simplement magnifique. La piscine dans la verdure est splendide. Le ménage a été fait dans notre chambre le deuxième jour. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le wifi est performant. On est pas trop loin de Yala. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait.

Cons:

La salle de bain ! Notre tuyau de douche était cassé, et la salle de bain n'était pas super propre. C'est dommage... un petit coup de frais ferait du bien à la salle de bain.

Pros:

Large pool, beautiful property with gardens and animals, good location in town, able to provide a breakfast box for early morning safari

Cons:

Breakfast box could have been better (sandwich with too much butter, 1 small slice of pineapple and a small piece of butter cake) - could have had more fruit

Prima locatie voor paar nachtjes
Pros:

Mooie locatie en schoon. Prachtig zwembad wat met een peuter echt geweldig was. Groot kindergedeelte en groot deel van de dag in de schaduw. Super lekker geluncht 2 dagen. Kamer en badkamer zelf wat verouderd. Douche heeft echt opknapbeurt nodig. Dit ter plekke ook aangegeven en zou opgepakt worden. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en helpt met alles. Voor ons een safari in yalapark (was geweldig!!) En taxi naar volgende locatie.

Le jardin de l'hôtel et la piscine sont magnifiques. Le dîner cuisiné par le chef était excellent. La literie est très confortable.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol concerne la salle de bain. Elle était fonctionnelle mais un petit coup de neuf lui ferait du bien.
