何回指摘してもなおらないホテル
Pros:

東横INNなどは朝食付
ここは違う
部屋の番号がわからない
3から始まる数字はなんなのか
再三　メンバー登録を申請しても　しばらく待ってくれ　と言う

Cons:

朝食がついていない
それでいて東横INNより高い

それにここはメンバー登録はなかなかできない
何回か窓口でそのことを話したが、もうしばらく…と言われ　結局できない

東横INNより値段も高いし、今後は東横INNにします

職員の方々の接客がよかった。

Cons:

壁がやや薄く、隣の部屋の人の声が聞こえてくる。
駅から15分ほど歩くため、外出する度に時間がややかかるのが面倒

Grandi margini di miglioramento
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta sia per la vicinanza a punti di ristorazione che di negozi in generale. La pulizia in generale sono state eccellenti. Acqua fornita in omaggio ogni giorno. Accessori per il bagno disponibili gratuitamente nella hall per i clienti.

Cons:

Pessima conoscenza dell'inglese da parte del personale dell'hotel, quasi impossibile comunicare. Assenza di prodotti nel frigobar della stanza. La colazione è sempre la stessa ed è solo giapponese. Assenza totale di distributori di caffè o cappuccini e di qualsiasi prodotto dolce per la colazione. Vetri delle finestre molto sporchi da tempo non manutenzionati.
