Good transit hotel
Pros:

It's very convenient for layovers.

It is value for money but needs some small improvements like no flies. Help for trolley pushing.

Cons:

Room size is small. Things like small napkins, shower cap not provided. No help to take out the loaded trolleys to taxi bay. There was a fly in the breakfast area.

Disappointed
Pros:

Although i informed the hotel that i would be arriving for early check in.They mentioned that no such thing was informed to them.they then made us wait an hour 45 mins and told to come back.when we came back the two staff dealing with us left their shift.so they basically planned it.the gentleman on the next shift accommodated us and was helpful.unfortunately i dont remember.Basically horrible encounter when first arriving in india.

Cons:

The breakfast was very mediocre.theybneednto improve on this.the room was soo much smaller than expected.

Less than desired experience this time...
Pros:

Location and ease of access. Room AC was good

Cons:

Our room was not quite ready. There was only one towel for 3 of us. There were no hand towels too.. they delivered after requesting on phone. Additionally, despite clear extra bed request while booking and subsequent chat we did not have extra bed in the room. I had to request them a few times and show my booking and chat conversations to finally get an extra bed after 30 min when we were dead tired after a long journey

Pros:

The staff was kind. It was very convenient to catch a few hours of sleep before an early morning connection. The room was well air conditioned and sizeable.

Cons:

The check-in process was incredibly slow when we really needed to get to sleep at night. It is not easy to find in the airport.
