Pros:

Привітний персонал, зручне місцерозташування, фото в опис відповідають оголошенню. Буда з дітьми 2 тижні. Вимикалося світло в районі, але власник швидко вирішив питання з генератором. Питна вода була в кімнаті, вся техніка працює. Парковки нема, але дуже багато автостоянок поруч .

Personal muy amable. Habitación limpia y con muchas comodidades. Bien situado. Cercano al metro de Taksim.

It was okay, like it's a flat with beds and cleanliness is passable if your standards are low

Cons:

Completely different then in the pictures, had more beds, tv in the bedroom floor instead at couch. Couch super dirty (red spots), wonky table, barely equipped "kitchen", area around toilet dirty, shower looks like a construction side

Pros:

Everything was almost perfect. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with modern utensils and appliances, and everything looked quite new. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and good-quality shampoo provided. The smart TV with YouTube was a big plus.
The location is quiet and not busy, which made the stay very comfortable. Keivan is a great host and provides very good service.

Cons:

A couple of small points for improvement: a bedside lamp on the nightstand would be useful, and slightly thicker curtains would improve the room, so that neighbors on the other side can't see anything. Overall, a great place and highly recommended.
