Pros:

De medewerkers zijn alle bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam maar het hotel zelf is een beetje vergaande glorie.
De thema kamers vielen wel wat tegen en het ontbijt was ook niet geweldig te noemen.
Ik begrijp dat door de komst van een ander hotel deze wat weg is gezakt in kwaliteit

Een prima hotel, juist ook met kinderen.
Pros:

Een prima hotel, zowel met als zonder kinderen. Behalve dat al het personeel zeer vriendelijk is; hebben ze ook een grote speelkamer of speelzaal op de begane grond. Het ontbijt is goed.
Het is een hotel waar ik graag kom, zowel met mijn familie alsook alleen. De coronaperiode is gebruikt om alles een uitstraling als nieuw te geven. Het grote ligbad op pootjes is geweldig.

Gastvrij en zeer klantvriendelijk; super bediening
Pros:

Bovenaan staat de bediening van de 2 jongedames Sara en Katrien van het Restaurant: ze zijn zeer betrokken bij hun gasten. Toppers! Het ontbijt is ook prima. De dames en heer van de Receptie alle lof voor hun klantvriendelijkheid. Goede ligging van het hotel naar Sneek of de regio. Een aanrader!

Outdated, run down
Pros:

A very outdated and run down hotel. Located in an semi-industrial zone. Rooms and bathroom spacious but as much of a 4 star level, honestly. Bar without atmosphere, and restaurant offered the worst breakfast seen in many years, which is true for the coffee as well.

themakamers zijn wel grappig. Wij lagen op de "koningskamer". Goede bedden.
Wel wat ver vanuit het centrum, maar we waren op de fiets.

Prima accommodatie!
Pros:

Prima accommodatie. Ik kwam pas 21:15uur aan: "we hadden u nog verwacht". Uitgebreid ontbijt. De kamer was nogal warm: geen airco. Een heerlijk bad genomen.

Good overnight hotel
Pros:

Dated decor but when only needing a room for the night, not a great problem. Check in easy, had a theme room (asian room) which was nicely decorated, clean and functional. Breakfast choice good but no-one around to even check we had paid! 20-30 minute easy walk to the old city

Ok hotel if it’s hot outside
Pros:

Hotel was ok for 1 night, because of the hot weather the rooms were far from comfortable due to the lack of AC in the room.
Beds were also not that comfortable.
Very nice staff and rooms and bathroom were clean.
