Hôtel très bien, quelques éléments dans la chambre ne marchaient pas (télévision, lampe) et accueil moyen

Hotel muito confortável, excelente localização, camas muito confortável, quartos silencioso, não gostei da cortina do box da casa de banho, era um pouco manhosas, outra coisa que não gostei é que na recepção não dão informações turística, tivemos que nos deslocar até o centro de turismo para recorrer um mapa da cidade.

Habitación enorme con tres camas, estuvimos muy cómodos dos adultos y una niña de cuatro años.

Lo mejor del hotel es la atención, ya que el personal es muy amable. El edificio necesita una profunda restauración. Los baños son pequeños, con mala accesibilidad, (tienen bañera con cortina, el agua caliente resulta difícil de controlar). En las habitaciones no está visible el plan de evacuación(solo en los pasillos), ni las tarifas (solo en recepción) y no hay minibar. En cuanto al parking, está en otro edificio y cada vez que quieres entrar o salir (o simplemente recoger algo en el coche) hay que pedir el mando y volver a dejarlo en recepción. El resto de instalaciones (spa, cafetería, etc.) no las hemos utilizado.
Este hotel seguramente hace décadas merecía las tres estrellas, pero ahora, desde luego no.

O SPA esteve sempre fechado ou com horários reduzidos. Hotel envelhecido a precisar de reforma, mas com boa localização

Necesita mejoras. La cama y el baño estaban bien, limpios. Las paredes de la habitación donde estuvimos tenían signos de humedad por alguna avería. Los vecinos de habitación se oían bastante y el pitido de la apertura de las puertas de otras habitaciones. Por lo demás trato amable y buena situación. Solo pasamos una noche.

El hotel le hace falta alguna reforma, pero tenía todo lo nque necesario. La habitación era amplia y bien acondionada, aunque estaba nevando no pasamos nada de frío. El wifi fallaba mucho.

Our stay was adequate for our stopover from the ferry to Malaga.
The town isa littlerun down and could not find any decent restaurants. Hotel has seen better days.

Añadiría iluminación en la habitación. Muy pobre.si se cierran cortinas para mantener intimidad apenas de ve... Por lo demás fenomenal. Baño muy amplio y muy limpio. Personal muy amable.

El hotel no esta mal..Un poco anticuado

hotel should be improved: cleaning at the room, bed covers and towels were presented in very poor condition, bathroom needs maintenance, wardrobes and drawers at the room were presented dirty needing urgent true cleaning, spa needs urgent maintenance and reformulation, entrance to the breakfast room is not nice and should be changed

Bom hotel, café-da-manhã mediano

É um hotel já antigo mas tem um certo charme por isso mesmo. Embora não esteja no seu melhor funciona mt bem para um fim de semana na neve e o pessoal é muito atencioso.

Everyone was helpful at the hotel and responded to my requests promptly. There's only stairs to enter the hotel so you need to call someone for help with your luggage if needed. A WORD OF CAUTION. The hotel uses a system in order to save electricity I guess, where the lights in the halls leading to the room sin the first floor turn on when these sense movement. I found that there was enough of a delay that you often walked in the dark when entering and leaving the room. This was a problem because in the main floor there was a ramp for accessibility that you had to traverse before getting into the hallway leading rooms. On my last day there I was in a hurry, it was dark as usual, did not see nor remembered the ramp so I fell off of it and hurt my left knee. It was swollen, black and blue, and I damaged muscles I guess. My walking was over so I took taxis the rest of the time. It's been 2 days. I am still recuperating. Everyday seems to be a bit better. I did not brake anything. I mentioned this to the reception and they said they would adjust the timing of the sensor. I had to leave the next day to continue with my travel plans so I don't know whether the sensors were adjusted.

Está bastante anticuado y la limpieza no es muy buena.

The hotel was very central, but parking can be a problem {meters during the daytime}
Upgraded to nice room as original room had been smoked in and smelt of stale cigarettes
Restaurant was reasonably priced and served dinner and breakfast.

Very clean, large, comfortable room but no member of staff, including reception, spoke English. We had problems with car parking as receptionist did not want us to use the garage. However we insisted and it was a large garage, accessed from rear of Hotel with double doors so very secure.
Hotel was in centre of town so easy to walk around. There was a lively bar area with tapas available and a helpful bar man but the restaurant was closed so could not get an evening meal.
