Absolutely lovely, beautiful stay in the walls of an ancient Palace and close to everything.
Pros:

What an amazing property! Right in the heart of Dicletians Palace. From the warm welcome by Anté, his demeanor and welcome are us feel at home! He helped us carry our suitcases and was super super helpful in letting us know what to do, where to eat, what to explore in Split! It was his city!
Thabk you! We also got an upgrade to a suite which we really appreciated! We were made to feel very special!
The breakfast was nice and cozy made to order by the most amazing Cooks! Thank you so so much!

We loved our stay here at Heritage Split!

A home away from home
Pros:

The location was fabulous, being in Diocletian’s palace walls & this lovely historic part of the old town.
The staff were all so friendly & helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us.
Breakfast was delicious and lovely to have a choice of different eggs and pancakes cooked to order each morning alongside the continental selection.
The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing with comfortable beds & a nice selection of toiletries.
Loved the selection of teas, coffees, juices, liqueurs & food which were available to help yourself to in reception each day.
Booked this hotel after seeing all of the previous positive reviews and it certainly lived up to its reputation. My 10 year old and I were made to feel very welcome and at home.

Pros:

Very unique, stylish, comfortable hotel. The reception guy was very helpful, excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

They have no lifts but the reception guy always help us to pulling our luggage. So had no issues.

Great location - excellent staff - awesome stay
Pros:

It's a boutique hotel located here close to main attractions in the historic center of Split while still being tucked away in a corner away from tourist traffic. The staff at the hotel were amazing - caring for every guests needs - they went above and beyond and made the stay truly memorable. Very clean hotel , they have made use of the space really well to offer all amenities. It was a great experience and highly recommend it.

Cons:

This perhaps true for all hotels in that area - there is not much sound proofing. Conversations / sounds from outside can be heard inside.

I cannot fault this property, everything about it is exceptional. The room was fantastic and well appointed, the location was excellent and the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and made some excellent recommendations. Communication was excellent both before my arrival and also during my stay.

Pros:

Just left Heritage Antique Hotel in Split and wow – it completely blew us away! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town near Diocletian’s Palace, but still super quiet and comfy.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful beyond any standard – they really made us feel like family. Everything from the beautiful historic building to the rooms and little details was way above what we expected.
Honestly, the whole stay was fantastic. If you’re heading to Split, book this place without hesitation. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome location. Very friendly, helpful hosts. Couldn’t fault it.
Pros:

Was a very warm welcome. We were met at the parking area and the host carried our luggage to the hotel which was a short walk away. The hotel was located right in the heart of the palace walls. The host was very helpful in telling us what to see and do. Breakfast was great lots of choice and made to order. Had a very homely welcoming feel.

Enjoyable 2 night stay in beautiful Split.
Pros:

Amazing location and an extremely comfortable room. The breakfast spread was delicious and very nicely presented. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hot water didn’t last long in the shower. We showered later in the mornings though, so it may have been better earlier. Be aware that the bell tower right outside the window chimes multiple times in the morning, early. The first one during our March stay was at 6 am. The location is so incredible that we would stay there again regardless.
